Wolf and the lamb
All wars have come to an end
The wolf's laying down with the lamb.
The leopard lies down with a goat
And the yearling, the lion, the calf
Are led by a child at last.
Together the cow and the bear
Feed their young and lie down to sleep.
The lion eats straw like an ox
And a child is at play with an asp,
Knowledge of God fills the earth
And men won't hurt or destroy.
The Peace of God covers all the earth
As the waters cover the sea.
We pray it will come to pass
And that one day all will see
That war and strife; the violent path
Only lead to misery.
