humans loving humans

is the way it should be

but then I see the news

showing peace is a dream

humans hating humans

now seems to be in vogue

firebombs, fistfights and guns

so many lives go up in smoke

humans must remember

the ties that binds us all

if we forget those bonds

we humans will surely fall
