Caitlin had spent a good hour playing princess with Mia before putting her to bed and singing her a lullaby she fell asleep a few minutes later dispight her protest that went along the lines of

'but caitlin I'm tired' to wich caitlin had replied with only a smile.

After putting mia to sleep caitlin had resorted to doing her homework that wasn't due in for a week and a half.

She sat with her legs curled underneath her she had kicked her shoes of a while ago and the room was dimly lit by the fire place her books resting on her lap she had to write a 600 or more word paper about 'an inspector calls' for English.

She had wrote over half when the door opened and barry walked in she flicked her head to the side to look at him and smiled softly.

"Your back early" caitlin observed gesturing to the clock it was only 8:50.

"Yeah well plans change" he muttered before heading to the kitchen and returning with some
Doritos.

Caitlin took no noitce as he sat on the other end of the sofa and began eating them.

"Want one?"

Her head shot up at the sound of his voice but she was to in the zone to really hear what he said.

"Humm?"

"Do you want one?" He gestured to the packet.

"No I don't like then I hate the smell"

Barry just stared at her for a minuet then shrugged "so what are you doing?"

"Homework" caitlin sighed

"But it's Friday?" Barry frowned.

"So?"

"So your not supposed to do homwork on Fridays your supposed to go to a party or hang out with your friends or something"

Caitlin shook her head "I'm not a good drunk person and my friends are either with their boyfriends or catching up on Netflix"

"Then why aren't you?"

"Then why aren't I what?"

"With your boyfriend?" Barry questioned

Caitlin tensed "umm... he's busy I guess"

Barry nodded but didn't seem convinced but he let the subject drop anyway which caitlin was great full for.

"Do you want anything to eat?" Barry asked.

"No I'm fine" caitlin muttered and went back to her homework.

"Okayyyy... do you wanna watch a movie?"

Caitlin cocked an eyebrow at him before putting her book down.

Barry beamed at her then put a random movie in that she hadn't herd of before "you turn it on I need to check my phone" caitlin exsplained getting her phone out of her bag.

Her eyes widened when she saw she had 12 missed calls from Jay 7 voice mails and 32 texts.

"I need to make a phone call" caitlin stated while running into the kitchen.

"Hello?...I know I'm sorry...no of course not!..I told you I'm busy tonight...no I'm not cheating on you...no...look I'm sor-...It was an accident...it won't happen again...please forgive me...I'm sorry...ok...bye... love you too" caitlin ran her fingers through her hair and turned to see barry standing in the door way.

"How much did you hear?"

Barry sighed "all of it...you ok?"

"Jays just very protective he likes to know where I am all the time who I'm with what I'm doing"

"That doesn't sound very healthy" barry commented

"Yeah well it keeps him happy" caitlin whispered

"Let's watch that movie go I'm sit down I'll make the popcorn"

Caitlin went to sit down and barry noitced she's left her phone on the counter he looked to make sure she was in the living room then opened her phone and saw all the messages from Jay before deciding it was none of his business and putting her phone back then microwaving the popcorn.
