No question sorry.

Caitlin tossed and turned on the bed kicking the blankets and flipping them over for no reason.

She just couldn't get comfortable.

"I know your not asleep and stop moving you'll hurt your ribs" barry mumbled his voice sightly muffled by the pillows.

Caitlin rolled her eyes although she knew he couldn't see her then sat up and ran her fingers through her hair.

"I cant sleep" caitlin grumbled.

Barry turned his bed side lamp on and patted the space next to him on the bed.

Caitlin got up slowly and climbed up on the bed next to barry and he urged her to lay down next to him.

Caitlin placed her head over the side of barrys heart and listened to the fast beating of his heart and played with the hem of the shirt he had lent her.

She felt barry begin to stroke her hair "whats wrong?" He muttered

"Its just...alot has happened today and I'm so tiered but my brain just won't shut up"

"Its fine you've been through so much I understand"

There was a short silance.

"Tell me something" caitlin whispered.

"The first time I saw you I thought you were beautiful...I herd your laugh that's what caught my attention you were lying on the field with your friends it was a hot day and you were ruffling cisco hair you seemed really happy and I was having a bad day but your laugh fixed that"

Caitlin smiled "you thought I was beautiful?" She teased.

"I still do" barry blurted without thinking and was thankfully it was low light because caitlin would've seen his flushed cheeks.

"Oh..." she tensed.

"Sorry did I make you uncomfortable?" Barry panicked.

"No no its just you do that alot..." she trailed off.

Barry frowned not understanding what she was getting at.

"...complement me I mean"

"So?.."

"Its just nobody's done that in a long time not since my dad I mean sure there's Felicity but she doesn't count Jay complermented once... he said my dress looked good on me but that I shouldn't wear it anymore because it would make people jealous"

"You know that's not a complement right?!"

Caitlin remained silent "the first time I saw you I thought you were an ass"

Caitlin felt the rise and fall of barrys chest as he laughed.

"You were really late for class you came in while I was in the middle of my presentation and when you came in the whole class turned there attention to you and everyone was paying attention to you for the rest of the lesson I had spent 2 months on that presentation and I was having a really emotional day and you made it worse"

"I'm sorry"

"Its ok because I like you now" caitlin yawned sinking deeper into Barry's embrace.

"You comfy?" Barry asked.

"Ummm humm" caitlin mumbled to tiered to speak.

Barry smiled and soon he herd caitlin's breath even out she was asleep he pressed a kiss on top of her head and fell into a deep sleep himself.

Barry woke up to caitlin muttering something that sounded like 'stop' and 'I'm sorry' barry didn't know if he had to wake her up he didn't know what to do.

"Catlin" barry whispered and stroked some hair out of her face and stroked his fingers up her arm.

"Caitlin" he said a little lounder.

She shot up her breathing heavy and her forehead damp with sweat.

"Hey, hey your ok" barry assured her.

Caitlin was visably shaking when barry pulled her back to his chest and wrapped his arms securely around her.

"Your ok I've got you" barry whispered.

"Barry" caitlin choked

Barry rubbed her arms and mumbled comforting words to her caitlin didn't say anything more that night as silant tears ran down her face.

He waited until caitlin was asleep to move her so she had her head resting over his her again and his arms wrapped around her waist.
