"Why are you sad?" Mia asked

"I'm not sad"

"Yes you are is it because you and Barry had a fight?"

"Its hard to explain" Caitlin sighed.

"My mummy and daddy fight sometimes when they do Barry always sings to me so I don't hear them yelling one time Barry let me sleep in his bed with him because they were arguing at night time I don't like it when they fight but they always make up even after the bigggg fights if they have a big fight daddy has to sleep on the sofa are you and Barry going to make up 'cause I really want you two to get married so we can be sisters"

Caitlin huffed out a laugh "I don't think I'm going to marry your brother princess"

"Why he's really nice and he makes me happy and he makes you happy to"

"That doesn't mean we have to get married" Caitlin countered.

"Yes it dose because I said so!" Mia stated standing her ground.

Caitlin smiled at the 7 year old fondly Mia was very wise.

"I'll tell you what why don't we get you in the bath before you go to bed"

The young girl started giggling "you'll have to catch me first!" She said running away.

Caitlin chased after the little girl for a few minutes until her breathing became ragged.

"Mia do you have your inhaler?"

The girl nodded and pulled it out of her dressing gown pocket and shook it and put it in her mouth but it was empty.

Caitlin rushed to get the other one out of the draw under the coffee table but that one was empty too so she looked for the other one in the draw next to the oven but it wasn't there Caitlin began to panic.

"Mia try to breath for me I'm going to call your parents"

Caitlin rang them but they both went straight to voice mail of course they had both turned there phones off for the movie.

So she rang Barry.

Barry saw Caitlin was ringing him and rolled his eyes and hung up then went back to his conversation with Eddie his phone started ringing again he once again sent it to voice mail.

"Who's that?" Eddie asked pointing to his phone.

"It was just Caitlin probably calling to tell me to not tell Jay where she is" he shrugged but then his phone lit up with a text message.

Barry it's mia!!!

Panic rose in his chest.

When his phone rang a third time he answered it straight away.

"Caitlin what's wrong what is it?!"

"Barry it's mia she's having an asthma attack all of her inhalers are empty I looked in all the places there supposed to be"

Barry could hear his sister wheezing in the background.

"Ok ok...umm calm down and take her to the kitchen and open the freezer and make sure she breaths in the cold air it's supposed to help stay on the phone I'll be there in about 7 minuets" Barry said already rushing to his car.

Caitlin did as Barry instructed.

"Your parents phones are turned off but I've left them texts"

"Its ok you've done the right thing just calm down I'm nearly there are you sure you checked everywhere for her inhalers even her room?"

"There all empty Barry!" caitlin yelled

"Ok ok don't panic your not helping mia if your panicking I'm just around the corner"

"Hurry" Caitlin begged.

"Your going to be ok mia" Caitlin reassured.

"Barry she's getting worse should I call an ambulance?!"

"Just hold on a little more I'm just getting out the car"

A few minutes later the door burst opened and Barry came running in to the kitchen and took one look at mia then began rummaging threw the draws he cursed then ran upstairs.

He searched his room frantically he knew he had an inhaler some where because he had taken it for when Mia slept in his room.

When he found it he ran down the stairs back into the kitchen and gave Mia her inhaler she took a puff and her breathing started to calm down and she took another puff and her breathing was back to a reasonably good rate.

Barry let out a breath he didn't know he was holding in and pressed a kiss to Mia forehead "your ok. Your going to be ok" he sighed and wrapped his arms around his sister and dropped his head against her shoulder and tried to relax.

Mia pulled away form him and hugged Caitlin who he had realized had a few tears on her cheeks "don't cry I'm sorry I made you sad"

Caitlin let out a small chuckle that was the cross between a laugh and a small cry then hugged Mia closer to her.

She caught Barry's eye and mouthed a 'thankyou' he nodded to her with a silent reply.
