The next few days at school barry tried to keep his distance from caitlin but he would still watch her out the corner of his eye he noitced how depressed she looked she looked like she didn't care about anything anymore.

He noitced Jay was around her alot more now if that was even possible she wasn't around her friends anymore either.

After practice where barry knew caitlin would be waiting for Jay barry decided to rush getting changed so he could talk to her but it sounded like Jay had beaten her to it.

"I cant go tommrow I've told you a thousands times I'm babysitting..." caitlin said softly.

Barry stoped at the corner at the sound of her voice.

"You looking after Barry's kid sister I know but I don't what you around him anymore I think he's trying to break us up"

"Thats stupid he wouldn't do that"

"Are you sure about that cait? I'm telling you this because I love you he's going to try break us up because he's jealous that I have you and that he has no one because he's weak and nerdy"

"Im not even going to see barry just his sister"

"I said no!" Jay yelled.

"Fine I'll cancel"

"Perfect and now your free are you going to come out with me and the guys tommrow?" Jay asked but barry knew that he wasnt asking.

"I don't know"

Jay gave her a look "sure...fine I'll go but I'm not drinking"

Caitlin sighed sadly and looked down at her shoes. "Look at me!" jay ordered caitlin looked up at him with tears in her eyes but didn't let them fall.

"know your upset about not being able to spend time with your friends or babysitting babe but I'm only doing it because I love you, you know that right?"

Caitlin nodded stiffly "I know I love you to"

"Thats my girl" Jay brought her in for a bruising kiss then walked away leaving her against the wall she slid down the wall and pulled her knees to her chest.

After barry was sure Jay was gone he made his presence known.

"Hey" barry said cautiously.

Caitlin looked up at him and he saw he bottom lip tremble.

Barry came to sit besides her "you need to end things with him caitlin"

She just shook her head "He's only doing it because he loves me and I know you don't think he does but he does...at the beginning he would carry my bags and make me laugh and there would be these moments where we would just be together and nothing else mattered...I know we can have that again" caitlin said quitly.

"I know that's what you think but your wrong" barry mumbled putting his hand over hers.

"Your wrong he loves me and that's why he's doing all of this Jay was right your just jealous" and with that caitlin stood up and walked away.

Latter that night he found out that caitlin had canceled and because mia refused to have anyone else watch her his parents wern't going out tommrow night.
