Chapter 20: The Gardens at White Hall Estate

David asks Karissa would she like to see the gardens around White Hall Estate and she says,"I would love to see the garden around White Hall Estate."

"I haven't been here for such along time  Karissa. " David tells her, "The last time I came here was when I inherited White Hall Estate." 

"I don' t understand why you just didn't move here in the first place. Why doe anyone need a grand Estate to live in. We just  need a place we can call "Home."  Karissa answer.

"White Hall Estate is a perfectly fine manor David.  " Karissa replies to David.

"My late father wanted to me live at Elmhurst Estate." David answers.

"Utter nonsense David. " Karissa replies, "Our children will be born here where Lady Eliza was born and grew up." 

"We will return to Elmhurst Estate in after Lady Beltane is born." Karissa replies, "Lady Beltane is heiress to both of the Estates, until which time you have a son."

"Our son will inherit Elmhurst Estate and Lady Beltane will receive White Hall Estate." Karissa replies, "You may amend your Last Will and Testament to say that ." 

"I have already mended my Last Will and Testament to state that Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane will receive both Estates as left to me according to my late great -grand father' Last Will and Testament."  David explains.

"Last Wills and Testaments may be alternated since the person is deceased." Karissa explains.

Lady Elizabeth as for now so any of our children David. " Karissa tells him.

"What is the prayer of a Pissed Off Witch Karissa. or do I really want to know/" David asks.

"It is not better to know what The Prayer say David." Karissa exclaims.

"You are a femme Fatale Karissa." David replies with a laugh.

"I can be worse than a Femme Fatale David." Karissa replies. "The Powers of  a Witch are dangerous." 

"Lady Elizabeth Victoria Ann Beltane is my precious daughter." Karissa replies, "I have waited for her all my life." 

"We will see that she marries for love." Karissa state, "No nonsense."

"Please settle down Karissa. You are working yourself up about nothing." David replies.

"Have you waited all your life for a child David?" Karissa asks.

"I have always wanted a wife and children.' David tells Karissa.

"How long have you been waiting for your heir or heiress?? Karissa asks David.

"I have been waiting for the right woman Karissa. I am going to make love to just any woman that come my way. They come in and out of my office every day. They bat their eyelashes at me."  David replies.

"They try to seduce me in my medical office and flirt with me Karissa. " David states.

"I tell them that I am just their doctor and that is the end of it." David tells Karissa.

"What if I came into your medical office and batted my eye lashes at you David. What you would say then?" Karissa asks.

"You got me there Karissa." David says with a laugh.

"I thought so David." Karissa replies with a laugh.

"I guess if you had walked into my medical office I would have started to talk to you Karissa, but the case maybe that I saw you sitting under the tall, oak tree that overlooks Star Fleet Academy."  David tells Karissa.
