Naya's POV
"Naya," My dad said
"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked
"I was too scared to admit the truth, seeing how honest you were, scared me and I knew I couldn't hide it so the only thing I thought was to run away,"
"You left me, left me thinking that you hate me and I cried for days and days,"
"I know and I can't begin to say how sorry I am,"
"So is this the guy?" I asked pointing to the man standing next to him
"Yes this is Steve, we are together," he said and I saw that smile that I've missed
They looked at each other with love and passion in their eyes, it reminded me of Demi and I
"I'm happy for you too," I said
"Thankyou," Steve said bringing me into a hug
He was sooo gay, I could just tell but I love it
"Well I have to go but dad I want to talk properly,"
"How bout lunch tomorrow?" he asked
"Of course seven I'll be here," I said
"You can bring your fiancée too," he added
"I would like that,"
I gave him a hug and one to Steve and walked out. A huge smile was on my face and I couldn't be happier.. I'm still upset that he reacted in that way and felt the need to do that but life's too short to hold grudges and I just want him back in my life
I reached my house and walked in to see Demi on the couch with Sky in her arms
"Hi baby," I leaned down pecking her lips
"How'd it go?"
"Dinner tomorrow night at the restaurant and I would love for you to come,"
"Of course, anything for you but what about Sky?"
"She can come along and stay with Steve,"
She gave me a confused look and I knew she didn't know who he was
"My dads boyfriend,"
"Uhh gotcha,"
"Hey princess how are you?" I asked
"Good mommy," she smiled
"That's good beautiful,"
I went and sat behind Demi, placing her on my lap and Sky still on Demi's lap
I played with Demi's hair until I heard light snores, I shuffled abit to see both Sky and Dems asleep
"I love you both," I whispered and kissed then lightly on their forehead. I grabbed a blanket and placed it over all of us and slowly my eyes fluttered close and I was fast asleep
