Hi its Madaline with my first blog. So excited and I hope you enjoy my life. 

Today in art I did not so great origami. I tried to do a duck but failed miserably at the tail. Then we made a frog that does flips. In English we're reading "a monster calls" by Patrick Ness. That's going well. I got hyper like really hyper after lunch because I had carrot cookies with cream cheese icing that my mom put 2 cups of sugar. Yep. One of my classmates was looking at me like I was crazy. No one has seen the crazy side of me except my best friend. Today I did karate. I'm a red belt so I need four more belts to get to black. Molly the eleven year old one is taking her belt test this weekend. I would but my friend invited me to a river trip. Fun right? I hope so. I have a science SOL tomorrow. So I need to go to sleep. But my house is three floors and our ac for the top isn't doing so well. I might never sleep up here. At least we have a basement with beds. I can't sleep in the heat so I might do that but I have to wake up on time or I'll miss book chatters. Yep we talk about books. One time we freaked out over our school's 1978( or something like that) yearbook and were loud. You can let me know if you would freak out over things like that. Even though its opened to any grade level only seventh graders come. I find it strange. I'm dragging along my sister or at the very least her friend who likes books way more than her next year. Always remember Magic exists in everyone from the very start.
