Thank you LuaKitsune for giving me this idea.

Ezra woke on Empire Day feeling the same old feeling. Pain.
He jumped down from his bed and went to the Refresher.
After he took a shower, got changed, and attached his lightsaber to his belt , he went out to the common room.
Only Hera was there and he realised how early he was up. It was only six in the morning.
Hera looked up from her cup of Kaff and smiled at Ezra.
"Morning Ezra. Sleep well?" She asked as he sat beside her.
"Yeah. I suppose" Ezra replied flatly.
Hera's face flickered with concern. She put her cup aside and shuffled closer to her boy.
"Listen Ezra. I know this day must be really hard for you, and I'm sorry your birthday isn't the greatest."
"Hera you kidding me? Being with you guys has been great enough" Ezra replied trying to smile.
"Believe me. Just being with you guys is the best gift. You're my family."
Hera hugged Ezra. She knew he was trying to be strong for his own sake. But she had a plan.
"Ezra. Sabine, Chop, Kanan and I were going out to get some supplies. You, Zeb and Kallus are going to be in charge until we get back. Will you be alright?"
"Yeah. I'll be fine. Hey I thought we were stocked of everything we needed?"
"Sabine was insisting on getting some new paints and I need to get some parts for the Ghost" Hera explained.
"Got it."
The door hissed and Kanan came in.
"Morning you two" he greeted.
"Morning Kanan" Hera replied.
Ezra only nodded.
Kanan sat beside him and put a hand on his shoulder.
"Don't worry kid. You're day will be better than you think it will."
"How do you know that?" Ezra asked.
"Because you won't have to deal with Chopper" Kanan smirked.
"Oh right. But I have to deal with Zeb and Kallus? What a luxury" Ezra said with a smile.
Kanan patted his shoulder and got up.
"When will we be leaving?" He asked Hera.
"Before noon. There's a few things I need to do before we go" Hera replied.

It wasn't long before the rest of the crew, including Kallus, came in.
"Alright. The Empire's patrols will be shortened considering it's Empire day. Kallus, Zeb, Ezra. You three are in charge of the base until we get back. Is that clear?" Hera asked.
The trio nodded.
"Good. I've done what I need to do. We'd best go now."

Kallus, Zeb, and Ezra watched as the Phantom lifted off and flew in the sky. Ezra sighed before Going into the Ghost.
"Kid seems depressed. What's the matter with him?" Kallus asked Zeb.
"You don't know? It's Ezra's birthday today Kallus" Zeb replied.
A sudden look of sympathy crossed the mans face.
"He was born on Empire day? The poor kid" he said.
"Hey Kallus. Whenever Ezra's upset, we have a way to make him cheerful again." "Oh yeah? What do you do?"
Zeb grinned before replying.
"We tickle him."

Ezra was meditating on the floor.
Kanan had always told him it helped clear any stress and anxiety.
It was working for him.
Flashbacks of his parents getting taken away kept coming in to his mind.
Be heard the door hiss.
Opening his eyes, he saw Kallus and Zeb.
"Hey guys. You need me for anything?" He asked.
"Yeah we do atcually" Zeb replied as they came in.
Kallus closed the door behind him.
Ezra raised a brow and stood up.
"What are you two up to?" He asked.
"Helping you cheer up" Zeb replied.
As soon as he said that, Ezra immediately knew what he was in for.
The lasat and agent came forward.
Ezra backed away.
"Guys. Don't even think about it" Ezra said.
"Too late for that Ezra" Kallus smirked.
Zeb lunged at the teen but he flipped over him and raced out the door.
"Come on Kallus" Zeb laughed running after the kid.
Ezra got to the common room, panting slightly.
He shouldn't have stopped.
He was tackled from behind and pinned to the floor.
"Zeb!" He yelled trying to move but couldn't.
Kallus came in, chuckling at the sight.
"Got ya" he smirked.
Ezra get more and more helpless as Kallus bent down.
"Guys. Please don't do it" he begged.
"You need to perk up kid" Zeb told him.
"How would you feel if you were born on Empire day? What would you do?" Ezra asked.
"Bust some bucket heads" Zeb replied.
Ezra sighed and rolled his eyes. He should've expected that answer.
"But considering we can't do that, we decided this was best" Kallus said.
Ezra tried to avoid Kallus's fingers as they came closer to his torso.
"No Kallus! Nohoho!"
Ezra broke into fits of giggles and squirmed in Zeb's unrelenting grip.
Kallus smiled at that and moved to Ezra's belly.
The boy scuffed his feet on the floor.
Trying to get free, but he wasn't wasnt he anywhere.
"Wahahait! Kahahalus! No!" Ezra squealed.
But Kallus's hands shot up into Jedi's armpits.
Ezra lost it.
Tears had now began to fall from his eyes as his thrashing became more desperate.
"I CAHAHAHANT TAHAHAHAKE IT! GUHUHUHUYS!! LEHEHEHET ME GO!"
"Sorry Ezra. I didn't quite catch that over your laughter" Zeb grinned.
Ezra couldn't respond Kallus had hit a particular sensitive spot in his armpits that made him squeal loudly.
"NOHOHO!" He yelled.
"What was that? Kallus, do that again" Zeb said.
Kallus lightly tickled the far, outer side of Ezra's armpit.
Ezra gave a small buck and laughed uncontrollably.
"STAHAHAP TIHICKLING THAHAHAT SPOHOHOHOT!" He pleaded squirming like a snake.
"Too ticklish Ezra?" Kallus teased doing it again.
"NO! DOHOHONT!" Ezra yelled tears streamed down his face.
"Wow. Just a light tickle round there will be enough to make you go hysterical" Zeb noted.
"Have to remember that" Kallus agreed.
"NOHOHOHO MOHOHORE! I'LL DOHOHO ANYTHING!" Ezra pleaded.
"Alright. We don't want to kill him" Zeb smirked releasing Ezra and standing.
Kallus also stood and helped Ezra up.
"Feeling better now?" Kallus asked.
"I felt like I was going to die" Ezra replied. Still breathless from his tickle torture.
Kallus and Zeb grinned at one another.
"Hey Kallus, I know for a fact that Zeb isn't ticklish, but what about you?" Ezra suddenly asked.
Kallus looked surprised at this.
"I'm not ticklish Ezra" he replied after a second.
"Really?" He asked poking his side
Kallus yelped and quickly moved away from the boy.
"Liar" Ezra grinned.
"Kallus. Kallus come in?"
Rex's voice suddenly came through his com.
"Right here Rex. What is it?" Kallus asked picking it up.
"I need your help. A shipment has just been delivered."
"Be right there."
Kallus turned off the com link and faced Zeb and Ezra.
"Not a word about it. Got it?" He growled before turning on his heel and going through the door.
Zeb and Ezra glanced at one another before bursting out laughing.
"I can't believe he's ticklish" Ezra said once he was able to speak.
"Didn't see the day where that would happen" Zeb agreed with a grin.
Ezra smiled back at him.
He definitely felt like the birthday, was better then his last ones.
