"What are you doing here, Kenz?" Jess asked as he walks up to his trailer.
"I know this may sound crazy, but I need a place to stay." I sat and look into his eyes.
"Kenz, what happened?" He asked and touched my arm.
"JB slapped me because I called his girlfriend a bitch." I say.
"I'm sorry, Kenzie." Jess and wrapped me up in his arms.
"I'm fine." I say and smile.
"You can stay with me, but it won't be permanent." He said.
"What do you mean?" I ask.
"I want to have a relationship with you, so it's probably not best for us to be sleeping in the same trailer. But you can stay here until you figure something else out." Jess said.
"Thanks Jess." I say and leap into his arms.

Jess helps me carry my belongings inside and we find somewhere to put it all.

After that, Jess takes me out to supper and we went bowling afterwards. I beat him at bowling but he said he was just going easy on me. We go back to the trailer and take turns showering. I go first and take an 8 minute shower before getting dressed. I fall asleep while Jess takes his shower.

I'm woken up by the sound of thunder outside. Shit.... I hate thunderstorms.
I get out of the bed and walk over to the couch where Jess is sleeping.
"Jess." I say and touch his arm.

He moves around a bit before finally opening his eyes.

"I'm trying to sleep." He groans.
"Can you come lay in your bed with me?" I ask nervously.
"Sure, why?" I ask.
"Because it's storming and I hate storms." I say and look into his eyes.

Jess slowly gets up and walks to the bed with me. He gets under the covers and I snuggle up beside him. He rubs my back and plays with my hair.

"Goodnight Jess." I murmur before falling asleep.
