"I'm here, baby!" Seokjin shrieked, trying to help me.

"No, no. Just leave me be, okay? I'm probably not gonna make it, anyway. Don't waste your time on me, it's not worth-"

"Shut the hell up, Jimin! Don't give me that bullshit! Baby, I'm so, so sorry for leaving you on your own! I should've known so much better than to have just left you alone in the house without any warning!"

"There's no need to apologise. You're free to go wherever you want, whenever. I can't stop you from doing that, because that would be wrong. You shouldn't blame yourself, I should have been able to defend for myself." I said softly.

"Well, you can't blame yourself for this either, you didn't deserve any of this! I just... I just didn't think that anything bad like this would have happened, but clearly I was wrong. It's way too dangerous for us to do anything anymore, because... because of him. That fucking bastard needs to drop dead now, I swear to god!"

I was covered in blood, mainly from cuts that dug into my skin from the kitchen knife. His dad had barged in, breaking the front door and stabbed me, while smirking and muttering to himself. I didn't quite catch what he was saying, but I do know it was some random, messed up bullshit.

"Aww, baby... look at you! Does it hurt? Wait, let me help you stop the bleeding! I just realised, you're gonna die soon if I don't do something! Oh, where's my phone? I gotta call the hospital and the police!"

"Leave it, Seokjin... I'm gonna die anyway," I said, sounding weaker than l was when Seokjin first came back five minutes ago.

"No, you're gonna live, goddamnit! I don't care what you say, but you're going to live because you can't just leave me like that! I'm sorry for leaving the house, but no, not this. Please don't do this to me! Baby, does it hurt? Let me ease your pain!"

He gently stroked my hair and kissed me on the lips, saying nothing else in return.

"Baby, you're gonna live..."
