"What are you still doing up? You got school tomorrow." Jr turned his head to me at the sound of my voice. It was going on 9:30; he knew he was supposed to be in bed. "I can't sleep. Do I have to go tomorrow? Can I just skip one day?" He pleaded to me.

I sighed and walked further into his room, pushing the door closed. "What's up?" I asked, standing in front of him with my arms crossed. "We're gonna have to leave soon, right?" I swear I could never understand how he picked up on these things. I hadn't even told 'Ree I was thinking about moving.

She had to know it was coming. For all we knew, Armel and Raoul already knew where we stayed. It's been quiet for the past few weeks, and I didn't like it. I knew they were gonna come full force.

'Ree didn't at all feel comfortable with us still sending the kids off to school, but we had to pretend as if we don't know anything. We have to make it seem like nothing's changed.

I had Monty replace the phone Hemily ditched so she could still keep in contact with that fucker. The last thing we needed was for him to know that we were onto him. I told her to keep stalling like she's been doing until we formed a solid plan. Not only that, we needed to know what their next move was gonna be. The only person that could get that from Armel was Hemily.

I nod my head. "We will. But not until I take care of a few things first. Are you not okay with that?" He shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know. I kinda like this house."

"I like it too, but we were never gonna be here forever. This place only has 4 bedrooms. I know you don't wanna share a room with your future brothers and sisters, do you?" I laughed. He smiled and shook his head, "Okay, so where we going this time?"

"I don't know." I shrugged. I still had to talk it over with 'Ree so we can decide on the best place. "I'll let you know once I figure it all out. Now go to sleep. You're still going to school tomorrow." He rolled his eyes and let out a groan. "Okay, okay. Night pops."

He turned off the TV and settled under the covers. I walked back over to the door to turn off the light before leaving. "'Night. Love you." "Love you too." He yawned, making me smirk. Not tired my ass.

I made my way downstairs making sure to turn off all the lights, and double checked to make sure the alarm was set. I peeked in on Lacey who had been put down about an hour ago. Already, she was hanging halfway off the bed.

I moved her back towards the center, and threw the covers back over her making sure to turn on the little night light in the hallway. I went to the nursery to check on Nomar next.

Since finding out about Armel, and how he was itching to get close to my family, it made me lose sleep. I couldn't help but constantly do routine checks around the house just to set my mind at ease.

Nomar lay in his crib, flat on his back. He slept just like me with one arm behind his head while the other lay on his stomach. I smiled down at him, holding my breath as he began to stir in his sleep.

It would be hell having to put him back to sleep. There was a reason why his ass was so fat now; he had to be full as a tick before ever thinking about sleep. I backed away slowly so I wouldn't make any noise, and closed the door behind me before heading to my own room.

"Everybody's out." I mumbled to 'Ree who was already in bed, watching TV. She rarely really watched TV unless it was to catch up on her choice favorites. I stripped out of my clothes and climbed into bed with her. I wasn't at all tired, but I knew if I didn't at least try and pretend, she would pick up on it; that is, if she hasn't already.
