"Some things are worth getting your heart broken for... Find me. If you need to, one day. Find me."

This is in the other universe after the Doctor lost Rose, before he saw her again and sent his... well, replica over.

Rose Tyler had the most wonderful and terrifying dreams by far. They were almost fantastical in their makeup. Except Rose knew that they were real and had happened to her in another life.
After months of adjustment and coming to terms with her new life, Rose found a way to cope. She published her dreams on a blog she'd made. Surprisingly, it had many views and was popular.
Most recently, Rose Tyler dreamed of her time at the high school with the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith. At first, she and Sarah had butted heads. But once they had connected over the Doctor's odd quirks, they quickly became close friends. In her pain, Rose had forgotten about this adventure. But now that she remembered it, she was determined to find this universe's Sarah Jane Smith.
It took a bit of time and research. Eventually, she found Sarah Jane Smith-Truss. Married to a successful businessman, this Sarah Jane was far from the Sarah Jane in Rose's home universe. But it was all she had left tying her to the Doctor.
Sarah Jane worked as a therapist. So Rose scheduled an appointment.
Sitting in the waiting room, Rose's eyes caught on one of the pictures hanging in the room. It was a picture of the galaxy, shades of blues, pinks, oranges, and several other colors to create a beautiful image. Her heart hurt thinking about how that had been her home at one point.
"Rose? Are you ready for your appointment?" Sarah Jane asked from the doorway into her office. Rose had been so engrossed in the image that she hadn't noticed Sarah Jane's presence.
Rose followed her inside and sat down on the comfortable couch across from the upholstered chair that Sarah Jane sat in.
"My name is Sarah Jane. Is it okay if I call you Rose?" Sarah Jane began, notepad on her lap.
"Of course." Rose replied, fidgeting with her fingers.
"So, what brought you here today?"
"I lost a very close friend recently. In fact, we were more than friends. I loved him. But... he had to leave. I know I won't ever see him again. It breaks my heart. I thought that maybe I'd find something connecting me to him here." Rose explained, feeling the familiar tang of pain in chest at the thought of the Doctor. She had worded it so that this Sarah Jane wouldn't know that she wasn't here for therapy, but for a connection to her home.
"Tell me more about him." Sarah Jane said, writing something down on her notepad.
"Oh, he was wonderful. Spectacular. We travelled together. He took me to places I had never even heard of. I sort of just fell in love with him. He is such a good man. He helped people. Despite his pain, he always found a way to save people. That's why I love him."
Rose noticed a shine in Sarah Jane's eyes. She wasn't sure why, but there was some form of recognition in her eyes.
As the session continued, Rose and this Sarah Jane began to understand one another. Somehow, Sarah Jane understood the words Rose couldn't and wouldn't say. Although this Sarah Jane was different from the Sarah Jane Rose knew, she seemed to understand Rose just like her counterpart did.
Rose still didn't have the Doctor. But at least she had someone to talk to who somewhat understood what it felt like to be left behind by the Doctor.
