Against Us (SONTAILS)

Chapter 9

*Tails' POV*
(3 Years Later)
"So you are going back, NOW? After 3 years?" Ally, my friend, said. She was a panda and she worked for me, I owned a company that was famous to all but no one knew who was the one who owns it. No one knew it was me.

"Yes, I have to fix some stuff back home." I answered and she nodded.

"Okay, Miles, but I wil go with you." Ally said and I sighed then nodded. I fixed my suit and my tie and headed to the airport. We took our seats and we talked the whole way over there. Once we got there, she was fascinated by all the nature and the view that was around the city I grew up in. "This is beautiful!" She yelled. I smiled and hold her hand.

"Remember, I am just here to pick up some of the stuff that I left behind." I said. "Just in case someone asks." I continued. Ally nodded and we went to my old house that I use to share with Sonic years ago. I got my keys out and hoped that they hadn't changed the lock. I opened the door and let Ally in first.

"Who are you?!" I heard Sonic say. "How did you get inside?" He asked again kind of scared, Ally looked at me scared and I took a step inside. Sonic saw me and he looked at me shocked.

"Ally, first room to the left, get all my belongings and then we leave." I pointed upstairs without getting my eyes off of Sonic.

"Why are you here?" Sonic asked not getting his eyes off me.

"Came to get my belongings, didn't you hear?" I said, my heart was so broken because of him, because of Amy. "Where is Amy?" I asked.

"Gone." He crossed his arms. "She told me what happened before she died, you tried to protect us." He said and I looked at him shocked.

"Im guessing Shadow killed her." I said and he nodded. I sighed. "Yes, I left to protect you and Cream, it was all I could do." I said, Ally walked downstairs with two boxes, I carried one and I walked to a cart that we had bought to put the stuff in it instead if carrying it.

"So you are leaving now? Again?" He asked and I nodded. "Why?" He dropped his ears.

"Amy might be gone now, but do you really think this is going to work?" I said and he stayed quiet. "Bye Sonic." I said and walked away while Ally grabbed the cart.
