Missing In Action 4

*weeks later*

There's been rumors going around London that we would win the war soon. But of course rumors are rumors.

I was washing dishes when suddenly sky cane running in.

"Perrie I just heard that the soldiers are coming back!" She said with excitement.

Danielle walked in with a newspaper in her hand. She put it on the counter.

The headlines said 'It's Only Be The Beginning'.

"It doesn't look like anyone's coming back." She sighed.

Ness and Eleanor walked in.

"Every where we go we can't get away from all these rumors." Ness sighed.

"It's giving me a headache." Eleanor said grabbing some juice from the fridge.

"I know every where I look it's always something about the war." I sighed drying my hands.

"It seems like this will never end." Sky said.

Danielle opened the newspaper and began reading.

"New allies have joined the fight with the U.S. Australia, and China have agreed to send more men and supplies to North Korea."

She closed the news paper.

"I don't feel like reading the rest." She said throwing the newspaper away in the trash.

"Well at least allies are coming to help." Sky said.

"Yeah, like that helps." Ness sighed.

"I've heard some soldiers talking about it being the next World War." Eleanor said.

"I heard that too." I said.

We were silent.

"I never thought that I would live to see World War 3." Danielle's said.

"Yeah..." I said quietly.

I began to think of the baby. After this war, what will life be like? Will the baby live in a 3rd world country if we don't win? I've been thinking a lot about the baby's life after the war. And one question haunted me the most.

Will Zayn ever get to see his baby?

"I think I'm just gonna go lay down." I said walking off to my room.

I tried not to be stressed because of what the doctor said.

At first I wasn't sure if I wanted the baby. But now the baby is all I got to remind me of Zayn and even though its not born yet, I love this baby with all my heart.

*Three Months later*

I woke up to the sound of thunder rolling. I quickly sat up, breathing heavy.

I got up and opened the curtains. It was pouring outside. I could see the lighting flash. I quickly shut the curtains and sat back down on the bed. I rested my back against the head board. This is the time I missed Zayn the most.

I put my hand on my belly. I had a little bump.

"We're fine. We're fine." I whispered.

The thunder kept rolling and the lighting filled the room with light. I couldn't go back to sleep. I felt as if the baby was awake with me. I stood up and walked to the closet me and Zayn shared. I left Zayns side of the closet untouched. I walked over to his side. I walked over to one of his leather jackets. I took it off the hanger. I looked at it. I walked back to the bed and laid down with the jacket in my hands. I suddenly felt more safe. The. It was easy for me to fall asleep.
