Missing In Action 30
*Couple Days*
Anna's been doing better. She stopped crying but I still worried about her.
I walked into my room. I saw Anna making the bed and dusting.
"Anna?..." I asked.
She looked at me.
"Hey, sorry I needed something to clean-You know I could clean your bathroom for you-I already cleaned Ness's and Sky's- and Im doing Mums room later cause of course I sleep in there to so it would make more sense to do that." Anna kept babbling. She wouldn't stop. I wasn't even sure if she was breathing in between breaths.
"Anna..." I said.
"I think I'm also going to the kitchen because we need to clean the stove along with the floors-ill just do the whole kitchen that makes more sense -oh we also need more cleaners for the floors we ran out." She continued.
"Anna..." I said walking over to her.
She kept talking.
"Anna!" I said.
She stopped.
"Now..." I breathed. "You need to calm down. Whats gotten into you?" I asked.
"Cleaning because I heard It helps people sometimes relax- I heard it on the health channel -do you watch the health channel? -of course you do you have a daughter and you want the best for her-" I quickly covered her mouth making her stop talking.
"Ok ok...just go on...clean." I said trying to keep the peace.
She just turned around and continued to fix the bed then she quickly went to the nightstand and Dusting it. The only problem was that there was no dust on it.
I walked downstairs to the living room.
Faith was coloring on the floor as the girls sat on the couch.
"You guys.." I said.
"Yeah...we know..." Danielle sighed.
"Has she been like this all morning?" I asked.
"Yeah...all morning." Ness said.
"We're just letting her do what she wants. I think she's getting her mind off of Josh being gone." Danielle said.
I sighed.
"Great..." I said plopping down on the couch next to Sky.
"Do you think it's a depression?" Danielle asked.
"Can't be. She would be like Eleanor right now." Ness said.
"This is another form of depression..." Sky said.
"What?" I asked.
"It says here. Depressions can come in different ways, it depends on the type of person." She answered.
"So Eleanor has depression-" Ness started.
"The typical depression." Sky said budding in.
"Ok then the typical depression. Then what about Anna?" Ness asked.
"It doesn't say it just says its another form of depression." She answered looking in a book she snagged from one of the pharmacies we robbed.
I sighed.
"Mummy look what I drew!" Anna said happily standing up.
"What is it angel?" I asked.
She walked over to me. I sat her on my lap.
"It's me and you and-and daddy watching over us in heaven." She said.
I looked at the picture. She drew me and her holding hands by the house. In the sky she drew clouds, a sun and a person standing on the clouds with wings.
"Is that daddy?" I asked pointing at the stick figure with wings.
She nodded.
I looked at the girls who had got glassy eyed. I felt the same way.
"It's beautiful angel." I smiled kissing her cheek.
