Missing In Action 9
*Weeks Later*
I sat on the couch feeding Faith her bottle. London has been doing well so far. We've been rebuilding most of the buildings and adding new ones, such as more clinics and hospitals. More military forces has come to London. Which scares me more. If more military forces are here, it not only helps us but also makes London a target again.
My thoughts were interrupted by The girls quickly walking in and slamming the door behind them.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
They dropped their bags on the floor.
"The clinic isn't paying us anymore." Danielle said kind of pissed off.
"What?" I asked standing up.
"And they expect us to still work!" Ness said fully pissed off.
"How are we going to pay for things?" I asked.
"They said that's our problem." Sky said.
"What! So we have to get a job along with working all our hours at the clinic?!" I exclaimed.
"Yeah. Those assholes don't even care." Ness said.
I huffed.
"All I know is there won't be many job openings." Danielle said.
I stood from the couch.
"We have to try and look." I said.
*Few Weeks Later*
We all tried looking for jobs. Nothing was open at all. All the restaurants, food stores, clothes stores were all filled.
We didn't know what to do. We had to eat, especially Faith and Eleanor.
Eleanor stopped eating. Now she wont even eat ANY of her food, which is scaring us. We can already see her ribs.
We caught her twice trying to over dose. We took all the pills from her bathroom and anything she can use to cut herself. Every night we hear her endless cries, it hurts just to hear it.
