Christmas is in two more days and I have no presents to give to my Mom, Trey or Lily. I decided to go shopping at the mall today to at least try and buy something.

I got me and Lily matching necklaces that said "best friends". It was gold, I had one half and Lily had the other.
For Trey I looked at every boy store there was in the mall. I couldn't find anything for him, it was stressful. I had a feeling that all the men were staring at me. Just their eyes creeping down my neck I don't know why.
After I left the mall I went back home then I wrapped up the gifts I bought today. I was tired from today so I went to bed.

Today was Christmas Eve, me and Trey decided to hang out. We went bowling. Ordered food, had fun.
I met up at his house and Mrs.Evans greeted me when I knocked on the door. "Hello sweetie it's so nice to see you again." She was so kind and sweet.
Then there's Trey a real pain in the ass. "Trey honey Kyla's here."
"Uhh.. I'll be right there, actually there's something I need to tell you come upstairs please."
This was the first time I've been over Trey's house, I mean yeah I've seen it but I've never been inside.
"Go right upstairs to the left and make a right." "Thank you." She gave me a smile as I walked up the stairs. For some odd reason I was nervous I don't know why.
"Uhh.. Trey." "I'm in here come in."
I opened the door and saw Trey standing with his shirt off. I tried really hard not to look at his abs. Oh his abs, his carmel skin, everything about him made me love him even more.
He smiled I laughed. "So what did you want to tell me." "Kyla come closer." I walked closer I was nervous I mean, it's not like I haven't kissed Trey before clearly we had some history.
"Could you help me button this shirt up." "Uh sure." I stood in front of him staring at his muscles in the mirror.
"Stare much?" "Uh..what no Trey." I said blushing as I scratched my head feeling completely embarrassed.
Once he finally finished buttoning the rest of his shirt we left to go bowling. Some of his friends are in town and they're going. I was going to meet them at the bowling alley.
Did I want to be alone with Trey? Yes. Even though we weren't dating I knew that we still had chemistry. It's kinda like friends with benefits just not the sex part.
As we got inside I met his friends Aaliyah, Lucas, Pablo, Darnell, and Courtney. "Omg hi are you Kyla I'm Aaliyah and I'm Trey's friend from his home town."
She said that very slow, it's like she thought I was deaf.
"Aaliyah she's not from mars she can hear you I'm Courtney this is Lucas, Pablo, and Darnell."
"Hi I'm Kyla, Trey's "friend". "Hey mami." Lucas was that typical Spanish guy he had black and blonde curly hair. It's like all Trey's friends were from the hood.
I didn't feel left out they all had that type of hood accent. Me Aaliyah and Courtney all got to know each other better.
"So girl how long have you known Trey?" Courtney asked like we were really something. "I've known Trey since the beginning of school." "Has there been any flirting going on between you two?"
"Flirting.. oh no we're just friends." I tried to say that in the most calmest voice possible. Flashbacks of me and Trey kissing and what happened today at his house came flying through the window. I tried not to blush so the girls wouldn't notice.
"Ok girls first person get ten strikes wins." "Oooo what prize do we get if we win." "Uhh.. the losers each put ten dollars on a gift card to anywhere for the winner."
Aaliyah was so sweet. She was pretty, funny, unique and surprisingly annoying.
I could tell that we were going to be great friends, she might have been from the hood but she sure didn't act like it.
At the end of the game the winner of course was Trey himself. We all gave up ten dollars. "You don't deserve this ten dollar bill." Darnell said. Darnell was that chill hood kid on the block. Lots of swag, good grades but a messed up family.
Lucas and Pablo were both Spanish. They're not brothers by blood, but they have a very strong bond.
Courtney would be the sassy one. She has a attitude but she will stick up for her friends especially Aaliyah.
Trey took me home, for once the car ride home was not silent. The radio was playing that song "sign of the times" by Harry Styles started playing.
"Stop your crying it's a sign of the times." Trey started signing. I laughed.
"What you think I don't know this song." "Well you don't seem like the type." "Ouch, what's that supposed to mean." "It just means that I was surprised by your singing." "Why are we always stuck and running from the bullets? The bulletsssssssss."
"You are so bad at sing please stop." I laughed so hard, he was so horrible it was so cringey. He started screaming the lyrics in my hear.
"That's, it new song." "What no I like that one turn it back on."
He dropped me off at home and I gave him a kiss on the cheek and thanked him for the amazing night.
"What was that for?" "It's saying thank you, but my way." "Bye Kyla." "Bye Trey."
