Riley

The past few days all seem like a blur to me. My mom came as fast as she can. I told her this is all my fault but she told me no.. It's no ones fault. It has happened for a reason. She doesn't seem angry at her too for lying. She had a reason. Her parents went frantic but they can't come here. They're not angry at anyone of us either. They know that their daughter is like that.. Would risk her life for everyone. They just told me that if she wakes up, I need to look out for her and I promised them that.

We've been back and forth at the hospital because they won't let anyone stay yet. She's out of the ICU and stable but you never know. So they're still keeping an eye out for her. Reina and her so called father were heartless. How could you do this to anyone? I can't even even kill a chicken. I just eat them. Ugh. Me? How have I been? Horrible. I've been sobbing almost everyday cause seeing her like that breaks my heart. She had to get blood from Harry and of course Harry agreed. The guys and me are all on the front page because we have been back and forth here in this ratchet hospital.

"Ugh." I groaned as I hit my head on the wall. Harry chuckled. "When will she wake up?" I stared at Kaitlin.

"I don't know, mate." He sighed forgetting about what happened to me. "You really care about her don't you?"

"Yeah. I know it may seem odd because I haven't known her that long but it I do.."

"You love her." I nod. I am and I'm not going to deny it anymore. It's all my fault because she wouldn't be in here if it wasn't for that stinky problem.

"Stop blaming yourself."

I said that out loud ?

"Yes, you did."

Oh. I gotta stop that.

"You should."

"Dude! Stop answering back." I said to Harry and he grinned sheepishly.

"It's funny, sorry." I shook my head and chuckled. It actually felt good.

I woke up hearing screams. I quickly shot up and Kaitlin's screaming but she's not awake. I ran as fast as I can to the nurses and they quickly pushed me out of the way. One of them pushed me hard but I didn't really care. It was 20 minutes when they came out.

"She was having nightmares."

"But she's not awake?"

"No. I'm sorry. She'll come around. I think she's having dreams about what happened. If it happens one more time.. It .. It may cause her to have temporary amnesia."

"What?!" My tears fell. "Will she forget everything?"

"Might. Maybe the past months." I called my mom and she was devastated. She was trying her best not to cry because I already was.

Murmurs.

Whispers.

Chairs hitting the floor.

Foot steps.

"What the?" I shot up and everyone was there. Oops.

"Sorry to wake. Your eyes are bloodshot." Connor said.

"Ohh joy." I sarcastically replied. He sighed. "Sorry. It's just.." I muttered apologetically. I'm physically and mentally exhausted. My mood swings a lot.

Connor smiled a sympathetic smile. "I know. I understand that everything that's happening is weighing you down right now. But you do know that we have to go back on tour soon."
