Ross's POV
I walked downstairs. I had just woke up. Someone immadately hugged me.
"Oh my god are you ok?" I looked down to see Talia looking up at me.
"I'm fine. How did you hear?" I asked hugging her back.
"Riker texted me this morning."
"Well.... Good morning."
"Good morning baby."
In case this is confusing you Talia is my girlfried.
"Look sweetie I really want to hang out but..... I really want to lay low." I said kinda nervous.
"Sure. Call me when you want to hang out ok?" She kissed my cheek and walked out.
I looked at Riker who was looking at the ground.
"Why would you call her?" I asked
"Because she deserves to know." Riker said.
"I know. I wanted to tell her...... Next week."
"I'm starting to think you have never had a girlfriend."
"I have. I just don't want to her to think I was hurt."
"But then she would have broken up with you."
Then Rydel walked in.
"Guys I have a problem." Rydel said with a worried face.
"What?" Riker asked.
"I will be leaving." Ross said.
Rydel's POV
"So what's your problem?" Riker asked.
"Well.... I started crying in the middle of the night again and Ellington was comforting me and I asked if he still loved me he said yes so I said I loved him too and then he kissed me and I need to figure this out and last time he told me he loved me I left." I said.
"Ellington is why you left?"
"Yes but don't hurt him."
"I won't. But look you need to sit down and have a good talk with him."
"I don't know if I can tell him he was the reason why."
"You at least have to try ok?"
"OK."
Riker left and Ellington walked downstairs. He walked over to me and kissed my cheek. He wrapped his arms around my waist from behind me.
"Ellington?" I asked
"Yes." He said
"Can we talk about why I left?" I asked.
"I don't feel like you need to tell me." Ellington looked nervous.
"Are you ok? You look super nervous."
"I think I already know why you left and I don't want to be responsible."
"I wasn't gonna say you were."
"Rydel I really Don't want to........ Wait what?"
"I left because of some guy I was just friends with he told me he loved me and I did too but I wasn't ready to say it yet." Ellington looked down at his hands and started crying.
"I'm so sorry Rydel. I didn't mean to drive you away."
"No Ellington. It was my thoughts that drove me away. My mind was wondering about what if's and if I had said I loved you back. It scared me. I was actually glad you told me I was just scared."
"I'm sorry. I can't just tell myself that you were just paranoid."
"Ellington please."
"I have somewhere to be." Ellington started walking away.
"Ellington wait. Please don't. It wasn't you..... It was Wyatt."
"You mean your friend Wyatt? The one that bullied Ross for like 2 years straight but since you liked him so much we all let it go and Ross put up with him."
"Wyatt bullied Ross?"
"No of course not. I lied just like you did."
"Ok so Wyatt isn't real but I don't want you to feel bad."
"Rydel it's a little too late for that."
"Ell please."
"No Rydel. I pulled you away from your family. I will never forgive myself for that."
"Ellington STOP IT RIGHT NOW!" I yelled. I heard doors open upstairs.
"I can't."
"YOU ARE AMAZING YOU CAN'T THINK THAT I WANT YOU TO IGNORE ME. I DID THAT BECAUSE MY HEAD GETS THE BEST OF ME. YOUR BRAIN IS WAY SMARTER THEN MINE AND I KNOW THAT YOU KNOW THAT IT'S NOT GONNA HELP TO LEAVE ME BYMYSELF. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH THAT MY BRAIN TOLD ME THAT I WAS GONNA MESS UP SO I MESSED UP ANYWAY!!!" Ellington had a shooked look on his face.
"I can't believe that I would let my brain tell me to leave."
"Me either."
"Sorry. I will never run away like that again."
"Thanks." I hugged Ellington.
