Coach said we had the next week off. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled, but Jack basically said otherwise.

He gave the team a schedule with routines and reps for us.

A schedule.

I made sure to pack that in my suitcase before everything else. I mean, I guess it helps that he wrote it down, but doesn't he trust us?

Well, okay, here's the thing. I never remember anything unless its written down. Hailey always yells at me for leaving sticky notes plastered on the windows and tables. Honestly I think that's alot better than me forgetting it completely.

I plan on spending majority of today packing and running. Last night, I went to bed at six thirty, a bit after the girls left. I was only going to take a nap, but I was so exhausted and ended up sleeping the entire night. So, with this extra energy, I was hyped for a run at 5 this morning.

"LUKE WHERE'S MY TOOTHBRUSH? DID YOU MOVE IT?" A voice yells, waking me from my sleep.

"NO I DIDNT TOUCH IT. STOP YELLING BEFORE YOU WAKE" Luke, I presume, pauses before dramatically continuing,

"THE BEAST THAT IS MICHAEL"

A silence followed. I glanced over to my clock, the bright lights basically blinding me.

5:08

I groaned before turning over and trying to go back to bed. I shut my eyes until my door opens, light pouring in.

"Oi, what's going on?" I grumble into my pillow.

Calum answers. "Me and Luke are leaving for a bit. We'll be back soon. It's five in the morning by the way."

"I hate you."

"LOVE YOU TOO ASH" Luke yells from the kitchen.

I groan once more before going to bed, hopefully.

I carefully strap on my ankle brace before tying my nike frees. I dressed in black running shorts and a pink sports bra. I didn't think anyone else would be on the streets. I also figured Hailey would definitely kill me if I woke her up at this hour.

I flipped my head over and began to put my hair into a ponytail. I fumble around for a headband until I give up. I then go to the kitchen.

I'll probably end up doing a couple of miles because I (most likely) will not stick to the (stupid) schedule that Jack made.

I turn to open the door, letting the warm, soft breeze envelop me. I start before throwing my hand to my head. I wince while turning back to go and get the bottle of Advil.

God bless whoever invented Advil.

It's not like the bruise hurt that much, I mean it simply looked bad.

And it's hard to make me look bad. Cue flirtatious wink.

I start up a fast pace, while trying to turn on my phone. A Drake song blasted through my ear buds and drowned out everything around me.

I focus on my pace and my breathing.

Last night, I had bought the tickets to London. I leave tomorrow morning and should get there around 2 in the afternoon their time. (a/n idk if that's right I didn't do the math lol sorry)

It has been at least three years since I've seen seen the three. Aunty K is my mums sister. K is short for Kirsten, but when I lived in LA, I couldn't say Kirsten, so we went with K. I love her so much, she's like a second mum to me.
