A fight with light

" Did you miss me, or not?!" The evil soul known as the wicked name of Ariana sang pressing her hands against her stiff hips. Her lips clamped into a smirk one that would burn the road of trees and houses within seconds.

" who?" Mr.electricidad asked still shocked by the sudden apearence of the two villains.

" Ariana, she's my nightmare come true" Adriana muttered blood dropping from her face. " and now she's here to take over my body"

" Wait what!?" Max stuttered, "I thought she said she was a soul?" Max asked.

" she is, one that had been set in my mind to haunt all my dreams. She needs a living body to survive, first she destroys a child's memories until they turn into dust and disappear. Then she takes their dreams turning them into nightmares. Once the child doesn't know who they are anymore she jumps in and takes their blood "

" If it wasn't for you and your pathetic little friends introducing you to ' dream world' i would of easily taken you out of your pale little body" Ariana snarled, " But since you think your such a big mouth I guess now I have to shut that tiny snout up, for good!"

" you can't harm me Ariana, we're not babies anymore. Things have change, and now you're not the only one who has powers!"

" oh stop gloating. I'll have you know that we both have the same energy but in different sources. this isn't a fight about strength, it's a fight about reflexes. And guessing from the fact that I've been practicing this since I was a baby I think we all know that whose gonna win and whose gonna fry"

" you can't go out there" Linus warned with a fearful look on his face, " you'll get hurt, you have no powers"

" you mind getting over with the explaining sweetie? So I can kick your butt sooner?" Ariana spat, pressing her finger against her nail.

" when I was younger I had this nightmare of that the shadows would come and try to swallow me in my sleep. I was so terrified I kept bugging my mother about it for so long she would even scold at me before I went to bed. One day I dreamt of this necklace that could give me powers and protection from the dark, so I asked my mom if there was a way for me to find it. She saw this as an opportunity to get me to sleep again and paid her assistant to buy a necklace the exact same way I had describe it to her" she reached into her shirt pulling out a small glowing necklace, " I never took it off once, even after I found out it was fake"

" wait so you keep a necklace in you b-?" Max started but Ariana cut him of.

" Me being the villain I would normal stop at anything to keep you from winning this fight, but the only reason why I even bothered to give you such hope was because I saw this day coming. I wanted a fight, something to challenge myself so I know that I didn't just spend my entire life following your footsteps for nothing. "

" if I can distract her long enough I can get Marisa a chance to attack Mr.Electric" Adriana spoke to Max, " although it may be harder now that he knows what she's planning"

" don't worry, she's a tuff girl. She can manage" Max smiled as Adriana took a deep breath. Linus rested his hand on her shoulder giving her an apologetic smile.

" he-y... uh good luck. I um....."

" you mind apologizing quicker" she joked giving him a playful smile, " I've got a world to save here"

" s-sorry" holding out her arms she gave him a hug taking a deep breath.

" I'll be safe" she whispered releasing him, she looked out the broken wall pressing her tough against her crooked tooth. Like the Red Sea they cleared a path for her as she walked outside. A glare was on her face as her necklace glowed with a blissful light causing her to fly up face to face with the wicked known like soul.

"You're gonna regret coming to earth Ariana, I'll make sure when I'm done with you you'll never even hear the words light again!" I simple yawn was on Ariana's face as she rolled her eyes.

" oh you think yours is smart huh?" Ariana scoffed. " and just what do you think you're gonna do huh? Flick a light bul-" swiftly a blast of light hit her right in the chest flying her backwards. She hooked her heel to the ground stopped her from sliding back any further. Adriana held her hand up grinning lightly.

" that was just luck" she pushed herself forward with a fist full of darkness.
