Christian's POV
Hey Chris do you got any weed for me to buy?
Why did Angel wanna smoke? That dude hates weed. I'm still gonna sell it to him and see if I can join the kid and figure out what's going on through his mind. There's probably a reason he's doing this. This is probably his first time smoking anyways so, it would be better if I was there.
I got to his house. By the looks of it though, his parents didn't seem to be home. I walked up the front door to see Angel sitting, looking very lost in thought. He didn't even see me walk up to him either. "Hey Angel.. you good?" I asked feeling bad for him. "Huh? Wha- oh hey Chris!" He looked up at me happily even though he didn't notice me before.
He passed me the money and I gave him the joint. We began to go inside and as we're on our way up the stairs he stops to speak: "hey Chris, if by any chance you get told this.. I don't have feelings for you" he bluntly states. "Uh.. k? That's random" I laugh in response.
"I just had to lie about something.." he continues. "Is there any reason you're smoking right now? I thought you hated weed.." I asked changing the subject. He's my friend since 9th grade, and if Cameron found out what Angel was doing right now, I think he would like to know. "I don't hate it.." he lied. "That's bull but, what the reason you're doing this?" I ask again.
"Because I fucking want to.. who cares the reason" he seemed mad. Something happened. I think I should text Cameron and maybe he knows? Maybe Angel and Cameron got into an argument. Whenever they fight Angel is naturally quiet for like the whole day. I took out my phone to text Cameron.
From me:
Hey Cameron do you know what's up with Angel?A couple minutes went by and Cameron never responded. He didn't even read it. "He's probably with Jennifer" Angel speaks up while taking a hit of the joint. Once he inhaled it, he began coughing. I laughed because I knew for a fact it was his first time.
"How did you know I was texting Cameron?" I asked. "Because I knew you noticed I was lying earlier" he finished. At least he was honest. I took a hit of the other joint I had in my pocket. "Why did you lie?" I continued to talk about the situation. He took another hit. He seemed desperate to get high.
"I have feelings for Cameron" he finished.
Cameron's POV
A couple hours passed and Sabrina left after she received a text from Rashelle to go somewhere together. So I texted Jennifer to come over since my parents already weren't home.
From Jennifer:
You're not just inviting me over to get something right? ;)I liked Jennifer a lot and since tomorrow was Friday, the date was coming fast. So why not spend some time with her. I heard a knock on the door and went to get it. I fixed my hair in the mirror before I opened the door. There was Jennifer looking cute like always. In her glasses, a baggy shirt, shorts and sandals. She seemed comfortable.
She smiled at me and gave me a kiss on the cheek. "Hey Cam~" "Hey beautiful~" I replied sounding cheesy. She blushed. "Sooo why did you invite me?" She giggled. "What I can't invite a cute girl to my house to hang out?" I sat down on the couch and patted the seat next to me so she could sit next to me.
She understood the memo and sat next to me nudging into my shoulder. "Let's watch something" she suggested while looking through the movies on the side table. "Divergent!! Let's watch this! I haven't seen it yet" she said while smiling at me.
