“AAA! Zombies in the building! Run!” A girl screamed as she pushed me into a wall. Instantly I got a pulse of adrenaline and ran away from the mob. Hoping that the others weren't dumb enough to run with the panicked. I looked over the railing and there were zombies everywhere. They were tripping over each other on the escalator, and there were some on this floor. Judging by the screams from the crowd behind me I would guess that they are all being attacked. I took a breath to collect myself, and then dove head first into survival mode. I took off back to where I left the others. Running along the railing as quietly as possible. I still had my gun, and I could feel it against my side, but other then that I was unarmed. Great. I thought sarcastically as I passed a store. A hand grabbed mine, pulling me into the store, and forcing me to land on my back painfully. I instantly reacted to the figure above me, punching it as hard as I could. My fist connected with it’s nose and blood came from it. The thing grunted and cupped its face as it fell to the ground next to me.

“Bitch! Why did you do that!?” Liberty snapped. I looked around me to see the boys, Perrie, Kyler, Liberty, Lily, and Arianna.

“Oh man I’m sorry!” I said helping the guy on the floor he looked at me slowly and I realised it was Niall. “Oh it’s you. Nevermind.” I said taking the bat from Harry. “Let’s go,” I said opening the door. We filled out quickly. There were still some screams, but for the most part it was just zombie growns. Everywhere I looked there were zombies. I grabbed Arianna from Lily and using a bench I stood on the railing of the balkany.

“She can’t be serious!” Liberty said too loudly. Angrily, Lily grabbed her propped her on the railing as I jumped back first, the others not far behind me. I landed on the umbrella I was aiming for. Lily landed next to me, and Kyler on top of Liberty. Some zombie’s fell over the railing and Louis landed on one that was on the first floor. Perrie hit its head in with a bat, and I gave Arianna to Lily. The guys that were armed, hit the zombies that began to encircle us. To loud. It’s too loud! I grabbed my bat with a tighter grip and threw it as hard as I could at a JCpenney display window. It hit its mark with a loud bang and an even louder bang when the glass shattered. I clamped a hand over Perrie’s mouth and whispered “shhhh,” in her ear. She nodded and I slowly let her out of my grip. We weaved around the zombie's heading for the window, and kept going. The crowd of zombies got slowly thicker towards the door so Kyler bent over and grabbed a bloody shoe then through it at the staircase, where it rolled down the steps loudly. The zombie’s started migrating towards it. And I ran around some tables and chairs of a sitting area. I yanked open the door and held it open for the guys and the girls as they passed through, Kyler held open the other one when he got there. Liam ran outside after Liberty, and Louis was passing through the sitting area until his foot caught on a chair and it fell to the ground with a loud bang.

“Run!” Zayn shouted as zombies started heading toward Louis, and now us. As Louis passed through the doors Kyler and I slammed them on the zombies. The guys with weapons were fighting off some zombies, but there were too many and the doors we closed on the zombies were now open and more zombie’s were piling out.

We were completely surrounded.

“AAAAA! Help me!!!” A nerdy voice screamed I turned to the RV we came in to see the nerd boy on top of it with zombies all around it. Idiot! I would bet my left eye that he was the one who let all the zombie’s in. I clenched my teeth and looked around me. Zombies, zombies everywhere! I gulped and I could feel the panic creep its way around my hart and begin to take me over. We were in deep shit.

What do I do? What do I do?! What do I do?! What do I do! I can’t do this! I can’t d… I was broken out of my thoughts when a hand grabbed my wrist. I resisted the urge to scream, but before I could ask what Kyler was doing he gave me a hug, and ripped of his gold necklace then shoved it in my hands. He dropped to his knees and crawled into the zombie crowd, disappearing. My eyes grew wide when his voice rang out through the parking lot.

“Hey! Over here!” The zombies turned and followed his voice. I opened my mouth to scream when a hand clamped over it muffling my screams. I was pulled into an already started bus with Niall at the weal. Harry let go of me as the doors to the bus closed. I elbowed him and ran to a window, to Kyler’s screams as zombies started banging on the sides of the bus. “ALEX! REMEMBER YOUR PROMISE!”

Tears ran down my cheeks as I laid eyes on my brother. A zombie had its teeth sunk deep in his shoulder and Kyler’s blue eyes were staring me in the face. Zombies were completely around him biting him from all sides.

"Hey, can we all make a promise to each other?" Lily asked.

"Sure," I said turning my full attention to Lily.

"When I die I want to still be me," She started, "So please if all hope is lost c-can one of you shoot me? I want to die as me." She said quietly. I was stunned, but Kyler stuck out his hand towards Lily,

"Okay, but same goes for me deal?" He asked.

"D-Deal" Lily stuttered shaking his hand.

"Same for me," I said sticking out my own hand. Lily and Kyler took turns shaking it...  

I pulled my gun from my coat pocket and aimed at him. “LIVE!!!!!” Kyler yelled as the bus started to move.

“I… I-I LOVE YOU!!!!” I screamed as my finger pulled the trigger.

Harry

Alex had dropped the gun after she pulled the trigger. I stood where I was in shock. Perrie had Arianna in her arms and was sitting with Zayn at the back of the bus. Lily burst into tears when the bullet hit Kyler. Liam was doing his best to calm her down, and the rest of us aside from Liberty, who was putting her hair in a ponytail, were in complete shock. We were driving nowhere in particular, but we had to get away from the mall. Rain started to go heavily from outside when we were getting to the edge of town. And it was now at a downpour, almost as bad as when we were at the airport. Alex had tears on her cheeks and she was hugging herself with her knees to her chest.

“Stop the car…” She said quietly.

“We can’t we have to get out-”

“Just stop the car!” I said interrupting Niall. Reluctantly the car pulled to a stop and Alex jumped to her feet, opened the door, and darted to the edge of the road. After a few minutes of standing in the rain we watched as she slumped to the ground. Liberty groaned and sluped in her seat. Lily was at the window with tears rolling down her cheeks and Liam at her side. Alex was so...Broken. I stabbed at my heart, seeing such a strong willed person beaten down by life. It was no wonder she hated the world. It mercilessly destroyed what she cared about, even a blind man could see that. I slowly stepped out into the rain. Almost immediately the sound of the car was muffled. I walked over to Alex, and stopped a few steps behind her. From where I was I could hear her crying. It was quit because of the rain, but I could tell she was screaming at the top of her lungs. I reached out my hand to touch her when she snapped her head back.

“KYYYYYLLLLEEERRRR!! NOOOO!!!”
