Season II Episode 7: Lilith's Mirror Part 1

It was a quiet night at Yokai Academy, where the only sounds that could be heard on the outside were the leaves rustling in the trees as the wind blew through them. On the inside, however, things were a bit different because there was a little someone sneaking around the campus. She scouted the entire area until she found a hidden chamber that held ancient items that held mysterious power but only one item caught her attention, a mirror lined with gold and a red gem at the top. She wrapped the mirror up in a green patterned cloth and slipped out of the chamber unseen and returned to her room to revel in her small victory as she prepared for something much more grand.

Kokoa: Sorry Rane, but I'm getting my sister back my way!

Soon after at the crack of dawn in the household of Rane's foster family, Rane's cousin Kyoko was getting ready to pay her favorite cousin a visit.

Kyoko: Kasumi, I'm going to visit Rane. He like's rice balls right?

Kasumi was still sleeping and wasn't fully aware of Kyoko leaving so as she woke up to respond she wasn't full clear what was happening as she called down to Kyoko from her bed.

Kasumi: He love's them with a tad of extra salt.

Kyoko: Weirdo, guess he'll have to settle for regular ones. He better be grateful because making rice balls isn't easy for people that don't have a natural talent for cooking.

Kyoko thought back to the many times Rane had cooked something extravagant and delicious for her and since then she wanted to make something that would at least warrant him to say "this is good" but out of fear she's backed out of offering him food numerous times.

Kyoko: I won't back out this time, not gonna happen. I'm leaving Kasumi!

Kasumi: Just be back before sundown.

Kyoko: I know, bye!

Kyoko boxed her rice balls and wrapped them in a green pattern cloth and caught the first bus off to Yokai Academy. 

Kasumi: I NEVER TOLD KYOKO ABOUT THE MONSTERS!!!!!

Back at Yokai Academy, Rane was on the phone with his mother.

Rane: EEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHH?!!

He and Kasumi were going back and forth about Kyoko coming to visit the campus.

Rane: Ok, ok, just calm down. She might be in for a surprise when she gets here but she'll be safe. If I can I'll avoid telling her to make sure she doesn't freak out in front of everyone.......I love you too. Bye mom.

He hung up the phone.

Rane: IDIOT!!!

Luckily Rane and his friends had the day off from classes but Rane would rather use that day working on his research rather than getting his cousin in and out of the school without her causing trouble. Sadly, his hands were tied and there was no way for him to avoid what was coming so he met with his friends and took some time to prepare. He even put Ginei in since he was the only male friend he had on the campus.

Ginei: So, what kind of men does your cousin like?

Rane: If you so much as look at her funny I will incinerate your soul.

Ginei: I'll keep my distance.

Mizore: So we need to act as human as possible for the day.

Yukari: No monster forms, no magic, no picking fights.

Kurumu: And we need to try to stop her from seeing everyone else's true colors.

Ruby: All while keeping her entertained so she doesn't think anything is suspicious.
