Bush Puppies

Daya's POV

Once again I woke up to my alarm clock. Since Ella slept over we slept in the living room, so I picked a pillow up off the couch I was currently on and threw it at her. She jolted up and looked around before she saw the clock on the wall and realized it was time to get up and ready for the last day of school this week.

TGIF!!

I got off the couch and walked into the kitchen. I made myself a cup of tea and even made Ella one to be nice.

"Hey Ella, I'm going to go wake my brother up. Do you usually get a shower in the morning?" I asked her.

"No." She answered tiredly. I walked up the steps and down the hall to Aiden's room. I knocked twice and just as I thought, there was no answer.

I opened his door and walked over to his bed and woke him up like I have to do practically every morning. I walked back into my room and started to get ready.

For clothes, I picked out the new Austin Mahone shirt, a pair of white jeans, and my black KEDS. My clothes where on, and I decided to not do makeup so I just threw my hair into a messy bun on top of my head. Today's going to be a lazy day for me.

Ella walked out of my bathroom with her Austin shirt, black leggings, and tan combat boots. She had her normal, everyday makeup look and her hair exactly how it was last night at the concert.

We smiled at each other before walking out of my room and down the steps to retrieve our teas.

"Do you girl's need a ride?" Aiden walked down the steps and was buttoning his shirt as he asked us his question.

"Nope, Ella's driving me, so your free a day." I told him.

"Okay." He walked back up the steps.

"Are you ready to go?" Ella asked. I nodded and we set our mugs in the sink before we headed out to her car.

We walked in the front door of the school and headed our separate ways to our lockers. I reached my locker and opened it.

"Hey!" Someone said from beside me. I turned my head to see Perrie standing beside another girl. This girl had brown, medium lengthen hair.

"Hello!" I spoke.

"Daya, this is Eleanor, Eleanor this is Daya."

"Hi!" I spoke shyly.

"Hello." She said as well.

"Wait! Is she that girl that Niall was talking about yesterday in homeroom?" She asked Perrie, while I stood there confused.

"Yeah. But don't worry Daya, it was nothing bad!" She reassured me.

"Ok." I grabbed my books than started walking to homeroom with Perrie and Eleanor.

When we entered the classroom I saw Louis, Amelia, Ella, and I even saw Niall sitting beside Amelia. Great!

"I'll see you girls later." I said. They nodded happily and we exchanged numbers than I walked over to the other girls and Niall.

"Hey guys. Ella can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Sure...I guess so." She stood up and we walked over to the corner of the room.

"What is he doing sitting by us?! He has his friends."

"Well, since Amelia and him are kind of seeing each other, she asked if he would like to sit by her. And he agreed." She said with a shrug of the shoulders.

"Okay, then I'll just sit by my new friends today."I said as I mimicked her shrug.

I walked over and saw Perrie and Eleanor sitting beside each other in the North West side of the room.

"Hey is anybody sitting here?" I asked them.

"Nope." Eleanor said as she popped the p.

"May I sit?"

"Sure thing." Perrie stated.

I waited.

10 minutes I waited for Aiden outside. Did he leave without me?!

Great!

"Daya?!" I heard the one voice I was least hoping to hear.

"What Niall?" I asked.

"Why are you still here?" He questioned me further.

"My brother left me here." I state.

"Do you need a ride?" Come on Data think of an excuse.

"Nah, I'm just going to walk the rest of the way home. I could use the excersize." I blurted out before walking off campus and heading for home.

As I was about a fourth of the way home I heard rustiling in the brush, then I heard a little, tiny whimper come from the bush. I did the stupid thing and walked over to it. I moved a limb out of my way so I could see the creature that was in here.

"Well aren't you cute." I stated to the little tiny puppy in the bush. I pull her out slowly and give her a good look.

She looks like a miniature yorkie-poo, only on a yorkie they have black and light brown, but this puppy is white with brown. By her size I could tell that she must only be about 3 months old.

"Your so cute!" I squealed. I scooped her up into my arms and started walking the rest of the way home.

I walked through the front door and saw Aiden sitting on the couch. He didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in.

"Oh No, it's okay I just walked." I said loudly. His head snapped over to me and looked at me like I was crazy.

"Oh sorry." He said like he didn't even care.

I was half way up the stairs when the front door opened to reveal my dad.

"Why are you holding a dog?" He asked.

"Because I found him when Aiden 'forgot' to take me home from school."

"Aiden!" My dad yelled.

"What?" Aiden asked annoyed.

"Did you leave something at school today." My dad questioned angrily.

"No."

"Did you leave someone at school?" I asked then.

"Opps. Sorry." He said without taking his eyes off of the screen.

"And back to you Daya, what are you going to do with that dog?"

"Keep it."

"Oh, are you?" He asked sarcastically.

"If that's alright with you?" I told him.

"Go get in the car, we'll go to the pet store." He nodded his head.
