Taurus's POV

I was bored and our snack stash was starting to run low. Hydra had to go to some camp counselor meeting which was outside of camp. We were left with Lynx, so we had nothing to do except for the things that he considered safe. His standard of safety was making friendship bracelets and no one wanted to do that. We all were sitting in the mess hall just looking around at each other.

"You know what I could go for?" I asked Cap as I leaned on his shoulder. He pulled me in closer by the waist and swept back a strand of hair being the romantic dork he was.

"No, what?"

"Chicken and waffles."

"That sounds so good."

"Let's ask Lynx if we can go to IHOP."

"Is that legal?"

"Maybe. Our parents signed a waiver that said we can do anything as long as an adult was present."

"That is true."

"We could also go to the store and pick up stuff. I need new sweatpants."

"What happened to them?"

"Midnight snacking and raccoons."

"Ouch. Did you get hurt?"

"Just one claw mark."

"Let me see." I pulled up the leg of my black leggings to show a long scratch that ran across my calf.

"At least I still have my Doritos, right?"

"More like at least you're okay." He quickly pressed his lips against mine. I don't know why, but every time kissed me I liked him a bit more.

"Awww, someone's going to make it on Teen mom." I recognized the voice as Aquarius's and turned to flip him off.

"If you will excuse me." Cap kissed my cheek and stood up. "Aqua."

"Yea?"

"Start running." Aquarius jumped out of his seat and sped out of the door with Cap to follow after him. I smiled at their childlike behavior. My kinda boyfriend is a dork, but a really cute one.

I decided to find Lynx and ask him about taking us out for breakfast. I found him in his cabin, labeling his socks.

"Hey Lynx."

"Oh, hey Taurus. Do you need something?"

"I was just wondering if you could take us all out for breakfast."

"I can actually."

"Will you though?"

"Sure, just let me get the bus started. Is there any specific place you wanna go?"

"Anywhere with chicken and waffles."

"I know a great place with chicken and waffles! I'll take you guys there."
