The Obstacles of Camplife Pt.1

Pisces's POV

Today was the first time in a while that we had a scheduled camp activity. Hydra put us in groups of four to complete an obstacle course together. She even went through with getting matching t-shirts and bandanas for each group. I was on the blue team, which consisted of me, Leo, Taur, and Aqua. The red team had Virgo, Cance, Gemini, and . And the purple team had Aries, Scorp, Cap, and Sag.

All of the teams were getting ready separately. Leo was sweeping two stripes of black face paint across our cheeks.

I was somewhat okay with the team selection. I wasn't with Aries, which was disappointing but neither was Gemini so I was okay. I still have my 'best friend' on my team. I realized that Taurus and I haven't talked in forever. She's been with Cap and I've been with Aries. I thought that it would be her and Scorpio. I kinda wanted it to be her and Scorpio, so Aries and I could go on double dates together. Two sets of best friends on a double date...that would be cute. But then again any double date would be cute. I drifted off with thoughts of me, Aries, Taur, and Cap at some fifties style diner.

"Pisces?"

"Yea, I would like a large strawberry milkshake with extra whipped cream."

"Pisces?"

"And a tray of chili fries for the table."

"Pisces!"

"What Sandy?"

"It's Leo." I snap back into reality from Leo waving her hand in front of my face. "C'mon, let me tie the bandana around your hair."

"Oh, okay." I turned around and she wrapped and tied the scarf around my head.

"Alright, we're all done. Let's go win this thing!"

We gave each other high fives before heading to the obstacle course. I grabbed Taurus by the wrist and pulled her back.

"Hey! Be more gentle next time you decide to yank on my wrist."

"I'm sorry."

"It's cool."

"Can we talk?"

"Sure. About what?"

"How we don't talk anymore."

"We don't talk anymore like we used to do," she sang. We went on with singing the song together and then Leo and Aqua joined in. We then became screaming the lyrics out loud, making everyone look at us like we were crazy.

"Woops," we all laughed in unison.

Aries's POV

Do I have to hate someone if my best friend hates them? Is it okay to hate someone if they're a great person? And why do I hate someone over such a petty reason?

Cap was a cool guy. He was nice and generous. He helped me find my lost camera film and bought me a flash drive at Walmart so I could put my pictures on it. The only reason I hate him is because Scorpio hates him. And Scorpio doesn't hate him as a person, he just hates Cap because he's dating the girl he likes.

"I feel like we should do great," Cap remarked. "We all have great agility and strength."

"Yea!" Sagittarius gave him a high five. "We just have to work together!"
