Cancer's POV

Aquarius and I were kinda banned from the cabin for the night because of our water guns. We were sleeping in the boathouse in canoes because the canoes have a cushioned bottom.

I woke up to see a pair of blue eyes staring down on me.

"Morning Cancie!"

"Morning Aquarius. Can you please get off of me now?"

"Oh, sorry, my bad." He removed himself from above me. I got up and pushed my canoe over to the side. Aquarius followed my actions and then we headed to the mess hall for breakfast.

We got in the line and I saw my favorite childhood breakfast.

"Bleh... Chocolate chip pancakes?" Aqua groaned.

"You don't like chocolate chip pancakes? What's wrong with you?!"

"I just think they're oversized wannabe chocolate chip cookies."

"That's what's so great about them!"

"I just think they're gross."

"Hey! Cap and I didn't slave over a hot stove for an hour just for you to pass up."

"Taurus?" Aqua and I asked confused in unison. The brunette popped her head out from behind the counter.

"Heya you guys! But for real, just eat one pancake."

"No," Aqua remarked.

"Please, for Cap."

"Ugh, fine!" Aqua hesitantly slapped a pancake onto his plate. He then covered it up with all the turkey bacon he could manage to plopped on his plate without Taur noticing.

I turn to Taurus, because she looks even happier than before.

"You and Cap got back together I see."

"We never broke up apparently."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Someone apparently took Cap's phone and pretended that we broke up."

"That's a dick move."

"I know right."

"Who do you think it was?"

"I don't know. No one seemed like they wanted me and him to split."

"You want me to figure out who did it?"

"Go nuts, dude. Just don't tell Cap. I don't want him to beat up someone."

"Why not?"

"Hydra's policy for fighting was cleaning up the boathouse thoroughly and that place is probably hell to clean."

"Agreed. Anyway, thanks for breakfast."

"No prob."

"Hold on can I see your phone real quick."

"Knock yourself out." She handed over the phone and I looked at the break up texts. They were sent at 9:47 - 9:53. So whoever doesn't have an alibi for that time is the home wrecker.
