Chapter 17
Jazz POV
"Alright I'm done! Jazmyn get ready we are going out!" Elin screamed. "No! I'm tired just please let me sleep!" The truth is... I wasn't tired at all, I just didn't feel like doing out. "Bullshit! you haven't left your room for a week and we're done with it, so were going shopping, No excuses! You have exactly one hour to get ready!" Toni said and as much as I didn't want to, I got up and made my way to the bathroom.
I was kind of afraid to look into the mirror, for all the right reasons, and I was, of course shocked when I did. I looked even worse than I imagined! I took a quick shower and got dressed. I'm not a big fan of make-up, but right now I needed it. My hair was a disaster so I made a ponytail and I was finished. I thought that I had a lot of time left but when I looked at my phone I saw that we were leaving in 5 minutes. Wow I guess that quick shower wasn't as quick as I thought.
"Ready? Okay let's go then!" Toni said happily. Why was she so happy? "Okay where are we going?" I asked and Toni shrugged. "Costa. I thought you could use some coffee first." Elin spoke up with a wide grin. Seriously? This was freaking me out. "Guys, why are you so happy? It's scaring me?" I wined like a 3 year old. "Were just happy that you finally left you're room." Toni replied quickly and I could tell she was lying but I decided to let it go.
"What are you going to get?" Toni asked once we were inside. "Err the usual." I replied and Elin went to get our drinks.
"Err Jazz? Is that... George?" I turned around to see who she was pointing at but immediately turned back. Shit. "Guys can we go, please?" I begged and they both nodded and got up.
We were almost at the door when I heard my name being called. I turned around and was greeted by those big brown eyes I fell in love with. Fake smile Jazz, I reminded myself. You can't let him know how broken you actually are. "Hi George." I said and it was safe to say that he noticed that I wasn't so pleased to see him. "What are you doing here?" He asked and I chuckled bitterly. "If you mean London? Well I live here." I replied rather harsh and he seemed a little taken aback. "Well er yeah so how-" He started but I cut him off. "I'm sorry but we have to go." I'm not really the kind of person who runs from their problems but it hurts you know. I might look like a bitch now but I couldn't keep it any longer.
"Jazz wait!" And again I stopped and turned around. "What George?" I replied annoyed. Couldn't he see that I didn't feel like talking to him? "I just... Do you guys want to come to our second live show tomorrow?" He asked hopefully. Right when I was about to answer, Elin interrupted me. "We would love to!" What was she doing?! Oh god I'm going to kill her. "Great! I'll put your names on the list! See you tomorrow." He replied happily before leaving.
"What the fuck is your problem?!" I asked Elin and she seemed confused. "What do you mean?" Is she kidding. "We would love to!" I mimicked her voice and she smirked. "Oh come on give the boy a chance to explain himself." She giggled but I just glared her. "Whatever. I want to go home." I replied and Toni widened her eyes. "What? Why? This was supposed to be a nice day out! Come on let's go shopping." she grabbed my arm but I yanked away. "No. I said I want to go home. This was a stupid idea. You guys can go, please I just want to be alone for now." I replied and they both nodded. I gave the both a hug, even if I was a little mad at Elin for what she had done and started to walk home.
The walk wasn't exactly short, but definitely not long enough to clear my mind. I opened the door and saw Luke sitting on the couch, watching I don't know what. "Hey, you home already? I thought you went to go shopping?" He asked and I shrugged. "I was just tired." I said. It wasn't exactly a lie, I was tired, but it wasn't the whole truth either. "Okay now tell me the truth." He sighed. I hate it that he looks through my lies so easily. "It wasn't a lie! I am tired but it's just I saw George and yeah..." He seemed confused. "Wait, why is that a bad thing?" Shit... he didn't know about me and George and whatever was going on at the moment. "Well I think I have some explaining to do, don't I? Well it started after he went to judges house for the x-factor. He didn't call me once and when I called him, he didn't pick up and he didn't even call me back. He just ignored me like I was nothing and now he asked us to come and watch him preform tomorrow and I wanted to say no but Elin spoke before me and she agreed. I just don't want to hear his stupid excuses." I only just noticed that a tear escaped my eye. "Okay little sis, as your big brother I'm going to give you some great advise okay? I think you should give him a chance to explain himself. Don't interrupt me, I know your about to. I know that this is not what you want to hear right now but I think this is what you should do. Tomorrow you go to the X-factor to watch him preform and after that you go talk to him. Sort thing out you know? I know George loves you just as much as you love him. I only met him once but I could see it in the way he looks at you, so don't let this stupid thing ruin your relationship, alright?" He's probably right. I love him and I shouldn't let this stupid thing ruin everything we had.
"I love you" I said and attacked him with a big hug. "I love you too sis." He said and ruffled my hair. I was actually looking forward to tomorrow.
