POV Toni

"You need to talk to her." I said to Elin, but she ignored me. "C'mon you two have been mad at each other way too long." I stated. "I'm not mad at her, it's George I am mad at, he's been keeping this a secret and I don't think it's fair to any of us. Because we know, as her best friends, that he's doing that to her." She finally answered. "So what you are saying, that if George isn't going to tell her, you're not going to talk to her again?" I questioned. "No, it's just,..." She sighed. "I'll talk to her, I miss her though."

"I know you do." I gave her a big hug. "Okay, thanks, Toni!" "No problem." As our conversation ended we said out goodbyes and I left.

POV Jazz

I was doing my laundry when I heard a knock on the door. I stood up from next to the washer and searched the keys. Every time there is a knock on my door, I secretly hope it'll be George, but deep inside, I also know It couldn't be him, because he's still on tour.

So I found my keys and put them in the door lock, turned them and opened the door.

I looked down, a habit I've always done, I saw familiar shoes and search the face of the girl I haven't seen in a long time.

"Surprise?" She said with twitched lips. 'Omg' Were the only words I could bring out. "I've missed you." She sighed. "I've missed you too." I said with a high pitched voice. "I've missed you so much."

And we hugged. "Sorry to ruin the moment, but can I also get a hug?" Toni joked.

POV Elin

We talked for a while, about the things that happened the last weeks. But the real subject had not been brought up yet. But I knew, if I would look her straight in the eyes and she'd ask me why I had been so mad at her for moving in with George, I couldn't lie to her. It's Jazz we are talking about, she's like my little sister. She will be so mad at me and everybody else involved, which is practically her whole family and Toni. But she has to know...

"So how's college?" I asked. "Good, fun actually." She smiled. "Oh that's great!" Toni and I said in union. I am so happy for her she can do this, it's been her dream for so long. "I met this boy, Tristan, and we did this project in the summer together with lots of other kids and he's taking Art. And he is just a really funny boy, and now If I think, he's my only real friend at school. But that's okay, I mean I know other kids too, but I am always around him. We have English and Drama together and yeah." She rushed, like she did not have enough time to talk about him. "Seems like a cool kid." Toni said. "Yeah he is, you need to meet him some day."

"Yes, that would be cool, I mean, I need to meet your only friend, right?" I teased. "Don't laugh." She paused. "Hey, how are things between you and Dyl?" She asked me. "Oh, great. He's just his funny, charming, clumsy, self and I love him." I think if I could see my face, it would be red. "Yeah, we've been on many cool dates and to many parties." I smiled. "Cool dates and parties? Yup, you're still not over that?" She laughed. "HEY!" I pushed her. "It's not like it isn't true?" Toni stated. Let's say I won't argue with her

"Elin?" Currently, we were watching some TV when Jazz spoke up. "Why were you so mad at me that day I moved in here, with George?" This was the question I was so afraid to be asked. I looked at her and damn it she looked back at me, straight in my eyes. "Just tell me the reason." She pleaded. "I can't, I am sorry." I stood up. "Elin." Toni spoke up. "You're not leaving again." She whispered. "C'mon, it's probably something stupid." She laughed and that's when I got so mad. "Well, Jazz if you really think it's stupid when your boyfriend cheats on you with his ex-girlfriend than you can find it stupid but I think it's something very serious." Fuck. "Did I just said that?" And on the look of her face and Toni's I could see I really did. "What do you mean...Do you...Are you saying George cheated on me?" I stood there still.
"And you knew about it? And never bothered to tell me?" She screamed that last part. "I'm sorry." The tears welled up. "But there were so many things going on and Toni said I wasn't the person to tell you this and look at me here, saying it in the end." I cried. "Toni is this true?"She looked back at Toni. "Jazz, you need to know that..." She tried. "How could you guys keep this from me? How could...how could George cheat on me?" She broke down, on her knees. I let myself down so I could hug her, Toni sat down next to me. "I'm so sorry." But the only sound I could hear was her sobbing.
