"Let's go sight seeing!" George said and I groaned. Obviously, it wasn't the first time I was in Paris. "But I want to go shopping!" I wined. I loved Paris, I really did. It was a beautiful city, preferably by night, but I'm just not a big fan of being a typical tourist and go sightseeing. "Okay we're going sight seeing first and then we'll go shopping." He stated and I sighed but agreed.
We took a cab and George wouldn't tell me where we were heading, as usual. After a few minutes the cab stopped and we got out. "The Champs Elisée? God, George, do you have any idea how expensive these boutiques are?" I asked. "No, but you called them boutiques instead of shops, so I suppose they're very expensive." He giggled. "You're an idiot." I stated. "Yes, I am. But you fell for me." He teased. "Touché."
We walked a little and I couldn't get my eyes of the prizes. Like, who has enough money to buy that? "Let's go inside." And before I could protest, we were inside of a Jewelry Shop. "Bonjour, je peux vous aider?" The woman from the shop asked us. "Say something." George said with a worried look on his face. "Non, nous voulons regarder un peu." I smiled proudly. "I really don't understand why'd you choose France, you can't speak any words, can you?" Did he never got France at school? "I know how to say Je 't aime and what it means. isn't that enough? Oh and Jazz? je t'aime." He kissed me on the cheek. "Yes." I blushed. This boy was seriously the definition of cheesy
We were looking at rings when suddenly George opened his mouth. "Would you like to marry me one day?" That was out of the blue. And to be honest, I have my own opinion on marriage. But I don't want to hurt him. "No." His eyes dropped. "It's not because of you. I just don't wanna get married." It's true. "You look like the girl that wants a big wedding and waits for her Prince Charming *cough me cough*." He said and I laughed. Yeah I looked like the typical girl who wanted to get married and all that but I wasn't.
"Prince Charming? You're so full of yourself. But no I don't want to get married. Of course I dreamed about a big wedding and an amazing honeymoon to, I don't know, Bora Bora and a beautiful ring and dress and all of that. I'm a girls of course I dreamed about that but what's the point of getting married these days? Now you have to pay for getting married, I can sign a paper and say that I am married to Harry Styles. That's just the same idea. And why getting married when you'll divorce eventually because let's be honest, there aren't that much people who can keep up with their partner for the rest of their lives, which you also have to pay for. Our society ruined marriage. It's just a waste of money and if you love each other you don't need a piece of paper to prove that, you just need each other. But it's not because I don't want get married now, that I never want to get married. People change and their opinions change with them. It's not because I hate the idea of marriage now that I will still hate it in let's say 10 years." Wow that was something. Why can't I just give my opinion without having to rant. "You've got this all figured out, don't you?" He asked and I nodded. "You have a point there, Jazmyn." He kissed me on my forehead, slowly with his soft lips. We looked a little longer and I still had no idea why we entered this boutique in the first place.
"What do you think about a promise ring." And there I finally got my answer on why we entered."Wow, wow?! I am not marring you. I just told you that the whole marriage thing is stupid!" Did he even listen? "You're cute, not like that, babe. A promise ring were we promise to love each other. To be loyal, faithful and honest with one another." I actually liked this idea. It was pure. "Yeah I like that. That's a wonderful idea, George." I saw his eyes glow and I was really happy with this decision, even if it was a little impulsive.

We are so sorry for the late update! This chapter has a part two since we didn't have time to finish it... anyway our exams will start soon so normally we had planned to update once more and then take a break so we could concentrate better but since we didn't finish this chapter there will be two more updates before we take a break.
Also after our exams we're planning on finishing this story and probably different too and starting a new one and we wanted to ask you who do you want us to write a fanfic about? We already have an idea but if you guys want us to write a fanfic about someone you could always comment and who knows but anyway thanks for the 15k reads and yeah
