so i want to add another character and he is from thirteen reasons why
i am adding justin foley to be tegan's twin brother.
i love thirteen reasons why so i wanted to add justin foley into the story since i already described tegan's parents as his parents from the show / book.
oh so tegan's full name is tegan may foley. she does not use her last name because she hates her father for leaving her and her brother with her crackhead mother.
