Movie night - Adam (request)

"I've been wanting to watch this movie for ages" I laugh as Adam produces a DVD and a bouquet of flowers
"I know" he laughs "that's why I brought it"
"You're the best" I kiss him

Adam and I haven't been dating for very long but one thing that both of us has established is, that both of us love movie nights. Whenever we can we have a movie night, I love movie nights with Adam. His reactions to the movies are so sweet, I don't mind when he likes to mention something he's noticed in the movie. Adam is an observer, he's the type of person that is aware of every little detail, and I love that.

"My legs gone numb" I giggle readjusting my position so that I'm more snuggled into Adam. I love the way that he rest his head on my chin and plays with my hair. It's really comforting having someone playing with your hair, I always feel relaxed when I'm with Adam.

"He seriously did not just do that" Adam gasps as the character on screen bashes the other persons face on the side of the sink
"I'm not sure it's him you know" I observe "I think he may redeem himself in some way, it's the sister that's the issue"
"But he wants her to go to England with him and he knows the dad won't approve" he replies
"Yes but I don't trust the sister" I laugh, looking up at him

"I told you it was her" I state as the movie is coming to an end "I knew it was the sister and that he was actually going to fall for the girl"
"This movie is actually really strange" he replies
"Do you think it's based on a book, I'd love to read the book?" I ask "I'm going to google it"
"You do that" he laughs, watching the end of the movie intently

"It's not based on a book" I comment as the end credits roll
"Oh, it's actually a really good plot for not being based on a book" he replies
"I know, I was just thinking that myself" I reply
"I love you" he says, this being the first time he's told me
"I love you" I reply, this being the first time I've told him
"But what I can't get over really is why in the movie they had to have caused so much trouble and pain for a rusty old house" Adam starts
"I don't know" I laugh
