Chapter 25 part 1

Paola saw the glass on the floor and she picked it up and began to cut through the layers of tape . as she finished cutting her way out , she came to me and cut through mine .

"Lets see if we could get out" she whispered . I nodded .

We slowly opened the door and saw Michael knocked out on the floor.

"There is a door over there " i whispered to Paola pointing to the open door .

We slowly walked out , with out any noise up the stairs.

We saw 3 men walking out of cars coming towards the house . we saw outside being like a forest like place . There was light out so we quickly ran behind a bush .

"SPREAD OUT LOOK FOR THEM!" One of the men yelled .

"Fuck they know we left" paola murmured.

"There is a forest over there , there should be a way out to a road ." I whispered . well there always has to be a way out shouldnt there .

"Ok lets go. "

Luckily the forest wasnt that far. We sprinted our way , making sure no one saw us . We kept running , getting until the point we got too tired and stopped . But then i felt a sharp pain on my stomach.

"Wait , my stomach . Hold up." I told paola . She stopped and stayed frozen looking far behind me .

I turned around and saw a man looking around in search for us i bet.

I looked back at paola and we saw a big tree that fell and quietly ran to it . The man's footsteps came closer.

"I KNOW YOUR OUT HERE LADIES . " He yelled out .

"IF YOU DONT COME OUT NOW , THINGS WILL GET WORSE " another voice said . it sounded familiar .

"Mike" paola mouthed to me .

I shook my head . Yup . He escaped jail. Ima die now .
