The silence of the soothing cold

The risk to dive in makes you bold

But staying for too longer

No, now you're not much stronger

Throw the rails, the hooks in

They don't want to be like us

With all these people, there's really enough

I like to be underwater

It makes me feel much better

I can escape the weather

When I'm much deeper

I can't breath in this water

But it makes me happier

I drift much slower

I like to breathe under water

The air, it's harsh

Wipping against my skin

Those eyes, so cold

And the menacing grins

But when I'm submerged

I can't here a thing

I don't need to run

Because now I'm just drifting

I like to dream underwater

It's makes me feel much better

I like how the fish swift and turn

It's so wet now my heart can't burn

I'd like to live underwater

I can escape the cruel weather

I can't hear a word they say

Or the rude things meant for me

I might not be much smarter

But I can say I'm happier

My life couldn't flash before my eyes

Because I was brought up before I could reach my demise

I like to breath in the water

Feel the cold fill my veins

My thoughts are blurred in my brain

Because now that I'm under water

I know I'm much better

I don't need to remember

What's above the water
