Leigh had everything pack. Everything. Some of her stuff was already in London. She grabbed her remaining bags and took one last look at her room. Her old room. Soon footsteps were heard running up the stairs. She looked over and saw Logan. "Please tell me this is a dream..." Logan said as he slowly walked towards her. "Why do you say that?" Leigh asked. "Because I realized something... Something very important..." Logan said as he stood a couple inches away from Leigh. "And let me guess... You found a new girlfriend." Leigh said. "Nope." "Oh really now..." "Leigh, just please listen to me..." Logan said as he gazed into Leigh's eyes. "Go ahead and say it." Leigh said a little irritated. She was about to cry because she was leaving her childhood crush, Logan. She didn't want him to see her cry, but that would be hard to hold back now. "Leigh, I realized something after all these years. Every girl I dated never did seem to make me happy, but when I was with you... I felt... happy. I felt whole, like nothing was missing and I know our leaving to London, but I've wanted to do this for a super long time..." Logan said as he leaned in. Leigh had tears starting to pour down out of her eyes as she leaned in also. Soon, their lips were together moving in sync with one another. Leigh wrapped her arms around Logan's neck while Logan placed his hands on her hips. Soon they started to make out.
Leigh pulled away and looked into Logan's eyes. Logan did the same to her. "I love you Leigh..." Logan said softly. "I love you too Logan..." Leigh said in a crackly voice. Her tears were stained on her face. "I wanted to give you this..." Logan said as he pulled out a blue box gave it to Leigh. She opened it and there was a copper heart. Nothing engraved in it. Then she looked at Logan and saw a square that said MY IS TAKEN. She took the heart out of the box and took Logan's part in her hands. She placed the heart where the space was and smiled. Leigh looked at Logan and smiled through her tears. "Promise me that you'll where it everyday of the year and never forget me." Logan said. "I promise." Leigh said and smiled more. Logan leaned in and kissed Leigh one last time before she had to leave. Leigh kissed back. They pulled away to see each other crying. "I have to go now..." Leigh said as she began to reach for her bags. "I'll get them for you." Logan said as he took her bags and carried them to the car. "See ya soon Logan..." Leigh said as she got in the car. "Bye..." Logan said and waved to her as she was driven away out of his life. Forever...
~*~Later That Evening~*~
Logan laid in his bed, starring at the ceiling. Wondering what Leigh was doing right now. She might still be on the plane ride... Probably fell in love with another guy... Completely forgot about me... I'm just somebody that she used to know now... Just a distant memory that she will only think of from time to time again... Probably once a month... I'll be lucky enough to see her again... Logan thought as he looked at his necklace. "I promised myself I would never take this off... And I won't..." Logan said as he felt tears start to form in his eyes. "P-P-Please.... don't ever.... forget me...." Logan said as he cried himself to sleep.
~*~On The Plane~*~
Leigh kept looking at a childhood picture of her and Logan. They were looking at each other. Smiling, like nothing was wrong with life. "What happened during those years we weren't together?..." Leigh quietly asked herself. There were lots of seniors citizens on the flight that were sleeping and she didn't want to interrupt their slumber. Leigh looked over the seat in front of her and saw her parents sleeping away the flight. She back down and sighed. Looking out the window and seeing the clouds having a pink, red, yellow, and orange mixed color. It was beautiful. Soon, Logan came into her thoughts again. I bet he has already found a girl who makes him happy... He never actually loved me like he said he did... He probably took off his necklace already... I feel like I have loved him for a thousand years... And I'll love him a thousand more... Leigh thought as she saw that they were about to land in London. "New country, new city, new places, new friends, new lovers..." Leigh said softly as she buckled her seatbelt and got ready to land.
~*~Few Days Later~*~
Logan walked through the halls at school, alone. He looked at Leigh's locker and imagined her struggling to get her book in the perfect stack. Biggest books on the bottom and smallest books on top. She was always picky like that. He looked closer at the locker and everyone seemed blurry as they walked by him. He imagined Leigh getting her books together and closing her locker and walking amongst the other students. Logan snapped out of his imaginary day dream when the first bell rung. He hurried to his first block. Math. Leigh's favorite subject. Logan sat beside the empty desk that used to be Leigh's seat. What is wrong with you Logan?! GET OVER HER!! STOP MORNING OVER HER!! Logan thought as he rubbed his eyes. The teacher started taking roll. When she came across Leigh, Logan was about to burst in tears. "Leigh Smith isn't here anymore..." The teacher said. Logan felt his eyes water. "Can I go to the bathroom?" Logan asked. "To do what? Ruin the bathroom Henderson?" The teacher asked. "I don't do that anymore!" Logan protested. "Alright, go to the restroom Henderson." The teacher said as she watched Logan get up and walk out of the room.
Logan stayed in the bathroom for about 10 minutes, crying away his pain and broken heart. "W-Why did you have to leave?..." Logan asked through his tears. He heard the door open and a little boy looked at him. A boy with brown hair and brown eyes. "Why are you crying mister?" The little boy asked. Logan wiped his eyes and tried to look happy. "Just a girl I really like moved away and I'll never see her again..." Logan said. The little boy walked towards him. "I know this girl and and she is really pretty and I can't like her... I'm scared to like her..." The little boy said and looked down. "Is she a smart girl? Like she isn't like all the other girls?" Logan asked as he bent down to the little boy's size. "Yes!" The little boy said. "Tell her that you like her... She may like you back... I did the same to the girl I really like and now she isn't in my life anymore..." Logan said. The little boy walked towards Logan and hugged him. Logan hugged him back. "Thanks mister... I hope you see the girl you like soon." The little boy said and started to walk back out of the bathroom. "What's your name kid?" Logan asked before he left the bathroom. "Logan mister." Little Logan said and left. Logan smiled for the first time in days. He changed Little Logan's life probably. Now he has to fix his mess of a life. Logan walked back to class as he thought of Leigh.
~*~London, England~*~
"Have you heard about the new American girl?" One student asked. "Yes! I bet she is pretty as they tell us." Another student replied. Leigh kept hearing stuff being said about her as she tried to find her class. Everyone starred at her and slightly laughed at how confused she was. Eventually she found her class and sat down towards the back. The other students avoided her. Like they didn't even know she was there. Leigh looked at the seat beside her and imagined Logan on his phone playing games. Usually breaking the rules. She never told on him because she loved him. As she was taking notes, she started drawing stuff on another piece of paper. Leigh Ann Smith + Logan Phillip Henderson = FOREVER. LAS+LPH=4EVA. Soon class was over and she walked to her next class. Logan nor Leigh knew when they were going to meet again....
