Sakura's POV
It was the next day and I planned to spend the day with Ino for some much needed cheering up.
We met at my favorite cafe first thing in the morning!
It was surprisingly cold out since this week had been so nice so we decided to stay in the cafe to drink and eat.
"Has he texted you back yet?" Ino asked taking a sip of her coffee
"No not since Friday can you believe that?" I said scrolling though our conversation.
"That guy I swear" she said shaking her head
"Oh don't act like you never had a crush on him" i said giving her a look.
"THAT WAS YEARS AGO I'm so over it now more than ever!" She said blushing and looking away.
I started to laugh.
"So what have you found out detective Ino" I said sarcastically
"Oh! That's right!" She said taking her phone out
"So I talked to tenten whose dating neji whose friends with Lee WHO-"
I stoped her "just get to the point"
" I am I am! WHO is in the same CLASS as Sasuke says they have some presentation that's due soon and that could be the reason he's been stressed?" She said
"I guess that could make sense.." I stared to think
"AND! I found out that Shino is also in the class and HES friends with Kiba and that Kiba is in sasuke's group and they had been working on it last night!" She finished
"That at least explains where we was last night" I felt a wave relief
"And it explains him on his phone too kinda ?" Ino said
"See we were being silly assuming Sasuke was losing interest or worse hahaha!" I laughed it off
"That's true what were we thinking!" Ino agreed
"But then why was he an hour late." Tenten said out of nowhere right behind me.
"KYAA!!" Both Ino and I shrieked and turned our heads to tenten.
"T-tenten when did you get here??" I asked
"I always come here after my morning jog" she took a seat next to Ino across from me.
"How much have you heard?" Ino asked
"Enough to present to you my latest scoop" she held up her ice cream.
"That was a stupid pun.." I said
"Should you really be eating that after a jog..?" Ino said
"Forget it- but I still think Sasuke might be cheating!" Tenten said leaning in as Ino and I did the same.
"So get this; I got lee to talk to iruka and he did say he was talking to Sasuke between those times HOWEVER he wasn't beforehand, so not even iruka is to blame for the missing hour" Tenten explained.
"Woa-wait Lee knows??" I asked
"No! Don't worry Lee's super oblivious to stuff what goes on is only between the three of us! And maybe hinata and kind of neji" Tenten lists people on her fingers
