I sent another email to my teacher Iruka about an assignment I had questions on.
It wouldn't have been so difficult if it were a solo assignment but of course he had to pair me with the stupidest kids in the class.
Naruto and Kiba are next level slackers.
After my date with Sakura I said I'd meet with them to go over the assignment again since they still don't know what it is we're doing.
I arrive at Kibas house and knock on the door.
The very second the door opened a large dog jumped right at me. I saw this coming and threw some of the leftovers I had brought from dinner into kibas front yard so the dog wouldn't drool all over me.
"Hey don't go feeding him weird crap!" Kiba shouted from inside
"Well don't go letting him jump on people" I said walking in and taking my shoes off.
"It's his house too he can jump on whoever he wants!" Kiba shouted along with something else but I wasn't interested enough to keep listening.
I walked into his living room where there were MORE dogs everywhere.
Naruto was already there sprawled on the floor petting as many of them as he could.
"Sasuke! Can you believe how many dogs Kiba has??" He asked and let out a goofy laugh.
"No I can't believe it" I sat down and heard Kiba walk back in
"Where do you get food like this?" Kiba asked holding the takeout box from the restaurant
"Did you really pick that back up?" I asked imagining him trying to eat some like a dog
"Well I wasn't just gonna leave it outside!?!" He yelled throwing the box away and leaving the steak out for the dogs.
"Let's just get to work" I said slipping my laptop out of my bag
"Yes sir Mr. Uchiha sir" Naruto sat up with a fake pair of glasses on.
"Please don't call me that- and take those off you idiot!" I said
"What are we supposed to be doing anyway?" Kiba asked looking at my screen
"It's just a presentation I already told you what slides to do!" I said getting mad and these guys
"Yeah but what's supposed to be on the slides?" Naruto asked now suddenly closer with his face inches to the screen
I pushed them both away from the computer "we all have the assignment just look at it" this is going to be a long night...
Naruto jumped onto the couch and opened up some manga "hey Kiba you really suck as a host get us some snacks already!" He said
"Well you're an awful guest! And no snacks until we get some work done!" He yelled back
Idiots .
"Haaa?? But I'm starving! Don't tell me you only have dog food or something" Naruto sat up
"Oh shut up I have real food!" Kiba yelled back.
"If you guys don't focus I'm going home" I said as they got on my last nerve.
"Sasuke no! You're the only one who knows what's going on in class!" Naruto cried out
"Yeah! You got the highest grade on our last test you can't leave now!" Kiba agreed

I sighed and thought about how I had to leave Sakura early for this...
———(time skip)———
Hours had past and we had more than half of the presentation finished along with who was saying what and how they should present it.
It was getting really late , Kiba and Naruto were falling asleep as they have used up the only two brain cells they had left.
I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a productive day.
"Let's leave it at this for now and keep working tomorrow" I closed my laptop and put it away.
"Finally!" Naruto fell back and closed his eyes
"Man that was too much" Kiba said laying his head on the table
"Kiba I'm spending the night" Naruto mumbled from the floor
"That's fine" Kiba said "you staying too Sasuke?" He asked
"I think I'll pass, I have something to do in the morning" I said getting up and looking around at his messy house.
"Alright I'll walk you out then" he said getting up and stretching
They're so much more tolerable when they're not bursting with energy.
I made my way out and got to my apartment quickly.
Once I got to my room I checked to see if she had messaged me back yet.
