A/N
This is the last chapter now.
For those of you that don't know, this chapter is 15 years later. Mason is now a teenager :) I thought I'd just make that clear.
It's nothing big, just a cute ending chapter where you get to see Masons character a little better... also, you get to meet another member of the family 😏
Enjoy 💜

Brooke's POV

"Mason! Turn the music down." I shouted up the stairs.
"Dad said I could have it as loud as I want." He shouted back.
"Of course he bloody did." I huffed, turning around to Lee who was stuffing his face with crisps. I cocked an eyebrow at him with my hands on my hips.
"Oh come on, we were like him once." He smirked, throwing his empty packet in the bin and walking over to me, wrapping his arms around my waist.
"You're a bad influence." I giggled, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"You love it really." He chuckled, leaning down, connecting our lips.
"Ugh, get a room." Emma heaved, walking into the kitchen and putting her plate in the dishwasher.
"I'm sure you wouldn't want us to go in there, god knows what could happen." Lee said, earning another heave from Emma and a smack from me.
"Hey! I'm kidding." He laughed, rubbing his arm where I hit him.
"Anyways, do you have any plans for today Em?" I asked our daughter, sitting opposite her on the table.
"I was going to invite James over." She said.
"Who's James and what's with the 'was'?" I asked, grabbing a grape from the fruit bowl.
"He's my friend that's a boy and dads an embarrassment to the family so I'm thinking about just going round his." She said, getting up from the table and beginning to walk out before Lee stopped her.
"Not so fast missy. Tell him to come round here, I'll be on my best behaviour. Just no funny business whilst we're all here." He chuckled and Emma rolled her eyes, letting out an exaggerated sigh.
"See what I mean?" She asked, turning around to face me before storming off.
"I'm joking." Lee shouted after her before looking at me who was smirking.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" He asked, the look of horror written all over his face.
"That's why I'm her favourite parent." I smirked, standing up and walking past him, earning a smack on the bum as I did so.
"Rude." I shouted, poking my middle finger up at him jokingly as I walked into the livingroom.

Lee's POV

"Oit! Mase." I shouted, bashing on masons bedroom door. How loud does he need that music? He hadn't answered me so I just decided to walk in and there he sat, strumming away on his bass guitar with Rufus on his bed. Rufus was getting old now, poor thing.
"Mason!" I shouted over all the music. He jumped and stopped playing the guitar before stopping the music that was coming out of his bedroom speakers.
"You scared me." He said, holding a hand over his heart.
"Sorry! Where'd you get the guitar from?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Jake and Steph." He grinned.
"I told Jake to never buy you noisy things like this." I huffed, running a hand through my hair.
"Here, have a go." He said, picking the guitar up off the floor and holding out to me.
"No, that's enough of that racket for the day." I said, shaking my head and pushing the guitar away from me.
"Oh come on, one go." He grinned and I rolled my eyes.
"Ugh fine. Go get me ice cream." I chuckled, taking the guitar away from him and he nodded before running down the stairs.

Brooke seems to think it's me being soft on them but they're just so generous... I mean, he's letting me play his bass guitar. If this was mine, I'd hide it away and not let anyone touch it.

Damn you kids.
