Sung Jiyeon's POV"He killed an innocent woman."
"What the —?"
"Yes he did, it's real." She demanded.
I wrinkled my nose in disbelief, "But how? I mean your friend chewing — or whatever — should've reported it to the nearest police station." I said.
"Well, Jungkook saw her looking at the dead body and threatened her that he will kill her if she'll report it to the police." She said, gazing at the room to whom shall I believe it's Tzuyu's.
"Goodness.. Is she having trauma?" I asked worriedly.
"Last time tho, when the situation was still fresh. But she seems fine today, and what worried all of us is her college." She said.
"Was Jungkook.. Tzuyu's classmate?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows. She nodded while I clapped my hands at my mouth.
"Do you know anything else about Jungkook?" I said, feeling keen to know more about Jungkook.
"Nothing, you should ask Tzuyu but she's still sleeping because she's lack of sleep due to the celebration." She said and I noticed the dark spot under her eyes.
"Oh heck, I shouldn't be bothersome." I said and smacked my forehead, using my fist. Jeongyeon chuckled.
"It doesn't matter." she said, beaming.
"Where's the corpse?" I questioned her, she winced by the sound of 'corpse'.
"What? Why are you cowering at your spot — Oh, I forgot; you have necrophobia.." I said, rolling my eyes; "But c'mon! it's just a word! there's no dead body lying in front of you." I demanded.
"What do you mean there isn't?" She said, I furrowed my eyebrows.
"What? you're also seeing things?" I questioned.
"There is a corpse in front of me!" She bellowed.
"What?! Michyeosseo? There isn't anyone in here! it's just us —" I froze at my sentence and she's stifling her laugh now.
"WAIT.. ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ME?!" I shouted and she laughed endlessly again.
"Haha very funny.." I said sarcastically.
"Do I really look like a dead body to you?" I said and glared at her.
"Yeah, always." She joked. I gave her a dirty look.
"Is this case still going on?" I asked, slightly frowning.
"Of course it is — don't be so ridiculous — the police are still finding the missing woman, they say.. but they didn't even know that that woman is dead." She explained, getting to her feet to make some tea.
"Where's the dead body?" I asked now sounding impatient because she is not giving me complete details.
It took a long time before she answer my question because she was making her tea and two boring minutes has passed, she came back and sat on the couch.
"I don't know, silly. I didn't kill that woman." She demanded, raising both of her eyebrows.
I run my fingers through my hair, "I was wrong about Jungkook." I said and she snorted.
"And wait.. you saw him, right? Why didn't you warn me before?" I questioned, getting to my feet in frustration.
She jumped to her feet too, taller than me, I stepped back.
"Are you crazy? Haven't you forgotten that I reminded you of that?! I warned you about him the next day I saw him! And you keep bragging about that I'm just a big joke!" She snapped back, her face turning furiously red.
I sighed, she's right.. She warned me but I ignored her warning.
"All right.. I'm sorry then." I apologized, lifting my hands up. Then someone came out of their room.
"Did I hear some —?"
"Shouting, yes Momo. I apologize." continued Jeongyeon, her friend nodded and gone somewhere.
"Look.. You may think that I'm literally overprotecting you like a dad.. But I hope you understand this because —"
I cut her with a massive sister hug, "I understand you, I know you can't lose a friend just like you lost your —"
I left my jaw hanging, I didn't continue my sentence for her.
"Take care." She said and I bid goodbye just like she did.
Jungkook.. killed.. an innocent woman?
