Chapter 45 The Challenge

I smacked my lips on his. I missed being so close to Niall. "I love you Niall. I always have and always will." I said looking into his eyes.

"Christi, you're on in five." Andrew said smiling at our position.

I got up holding Niall's hand and walked to my side of the stage.

"I love you too." Niall said kissing me again. "I'll see you afterwards?" I nodded. "Break a leg!" He said kissing my forehead. He ran off to find the other boys.

So this is how it's going to go. Ariana (Grande) is our host who will do all that host-y stuff. One Direction, Ariana, and Demi Lovato will be performing together, each singing a song from their recently released albums. Everyone in the audience texts in their votes and the computer counts up who wins!

"Ladies and gentlemen, hosting tonights challenge, Ariana Grande!" the mystery voice announced. Everyone cheered as she walked out.

"Good evening and welcome. I will be your host for tonight challenge. Before the contestants sing, I will announce what the song is. After they have sung their two songs, I will give you the numbers to text so everyone can help decide who the winner is! While the votes are being counted, Demi Lovato, One Direction, and I will perform songs from our recent albums!" Everyone went crazy. Especially the girls for One Direction. "Both of the girls have decided on their prize which will be announced at the end of the show. Now, let's get started! Our first contestant is from Suffield, Connecticut. She is 5'3" and loves shopping and pink" Ariana announced reading the prompter. "Please welcome, Kitty. And our next contestant is from Wethersfield Connecticut, one of my closest friends, Christina Johnson!" she clapped. I walked out and people screamed. "To start us off Kitty will be singing 'We Can't Stop' by Miley Cyrus"

"Thank you Kitty. Now we have Christina with 'Loser Like Me'"

The room went silent and dark. I worked it out with the stage director and gave him a slideshow of all of the weird pictures I had with my friends so he could play it while I sang the song.
