4. 'Unexpected Marriage'

Dev left Sonakshi but his heart welterd for her so he insisted Pia to stay with her for a few days. Pia agreed to it. Sonakshi was discharged after 2 days and Pia took her to her house.

Sonakshi had turned silent. Pia tried to make her happy but she didnt even respond. To change her mood, Pia played a CD for her and left for some work. However, Sonakshi was least interested in that CD. She didnt feel like doing anything. She wasn't even paying attention on the TV screen until Dev's face appeared on it. It so happened that by mistake, Pia had put a wrong CD in the player. It was the CD having the coverage of Dev's birthday. Sonakshi was watching that very keenly and learned that drink which came to her was actually sent by Dev. But instead of drinking it, she offered that drink to Shiv.

Now Sonakshi got to know why Shiv lose his consciousness in a single glass. Sonakshi fumed and her face turned furious red. Now there was only one motive in her life, i.e to take revenge from Dev and his family.

Five more days passed and again it was a celebration time for the Dixit's. Today Dev was getting engaged to Natasha. He silently took part in the ceramony for the happiness of his family. All were enjoying except him. Though he was present physically, his mind was with Sonakshi . Ragini saw his gloomy face and tried to cheer him. He saw her and gave a fake smile for his mother's sake. Soon the engagement was also completed.

The next week was all hectic for Dixit's as Shiv's marriage was going to take place at the end of the week. Everyone was busy in the marriage preprations. Dev tried to talk to Shiv about Sonakshi but wasn't able to do so because of many functions and guests around. Meanwhile, all were happy with this marriage except Deepak and Vicky. They were just pretending. Yash had hired best wedding planner for his son.

Here, Sonakshi was boiling in anger and seeking for a chance to take revenge from Dev. She made a plan and to put that plan into action, she called him one day before Shiv's marriage. Dev left all his work and immediately went to her.

'Tell me what do you want?',Dev asked softly.

'Are you sure that you will be able to give me whatever I ask for?',she raised her doubts.

Dev went closer to her and grasped her shoulders. He looked deeply into her eyes and said confidently, 'Any thing that you want.'

Sonakshi removed his hands from her shoulders with a force and looked at him suspiciously. She then told her demand to him and Dev was shocked. His face turned pale as he had never expected this from her.

'Kya hua Mr. Dev Dixit? Abhi toh bade dave kar rahe the ...ab kya hua?',she taunted him.

Dev stared at her shockingly. After thinking for a while he asked, 'Are you sure that you want to do this?'

She looked at him and then nodded slightly.

'Alright...waisa hi hoga jaisa tum chahti ho aur wo bhi kal.',he promised her and left from there to do the arrangements.

Next Day,

Everyone was in a hurry to do work as today was Shiv's wedding with Astha....Whole family rechecked all the preprations. In evening all dressed up elegantly and reached the venue. Only Natasha wasn't present because she had gone for Europe tour. Shiv and Astha were seated in Mandap and the priest was chanting mantras....
