Happy Reading!! *********************************** Sonakshi's condition was worsening with each passing second.........She had high fever in such a delicate condition which could directly affect her pregnancy...........Both Dev and Ragini were scared for the baby and Sonakshi.........She needed extra care...............This night was going to prove more difficult for Dev than ever............She was shivering due to her high fever and almost unconscious...........Ragini was besides Dev helping him take care of Sonakshi, but after a certain time, he sent her away to grab some rest..........Although she wasn't willing to leave, Dev's insistence forced her to give in.
Dev decided to take care of her all by himself........He kept rubbing her hands to impart some warmth to her and kept changing her cold water strips throughout the night........Although the doctor had given her the necessary injection, and assured him that she will be fine till the morning, he kept worrying about the long impending night.........Dev didn't even battle his eyelids for a second......... sleepwas far away from him, as he sat beside her caressing her hair..........he did feel sleepy at certain instances, but he braced himself up to stay awake all night, and care for his dear wife......
Dev went to the washroom in between to splash some water on his face to help him be awake.........he did hear Sonakshi moaning which disturbed him..........Though she was not conscious, her fever didn't let her sleep peacefully..........Both of them were equally disturbed the entire night...........At around 4am finally the medicines did work and she slipped into a peaceful slumber.........Dev was busy massaging her head with lightened fingers, as Sonakshi tossed and slept on his hand...........She had slept after being restless for almost the entire night, hence Dev didn't want to disturb her.........so he let her sleep without moving his hand even an inch.........he fixed his posture so that it's convenient for her before grabbing a small nap sitting beside her..........At around 6 am his mother entered the room, slightly knocking on the door.........
'Dev how is she now beta...?' she hadn't even completed her query when Dev signaled her to be quiet.......
'Please speak softly mom........Abhi soyi hai badi mushkil se........otherwise the entire night she only weltering due to body ache.' Dev whispered to his mom.
'ok you need anything? Waise Sonakshi ke liye main breakfast khud bana rai hu. Usko kafi weakness aa gai hai.' Ragini spoke as softly as she could, careful enough not to disturb Sonakshi.
