Dev and Sonakshi were gradually moving on in their relationship. But Sonakshi wasn't comfortable with Dev yet. Neither did she accept him as a life partner, nor was she much happy with destiny's decision. Hesitation and awkwardness were still bounding them. Both of them were adjusting themselves with each other but they were not taking any step for their relationship. Dev was taking very good care of Sonakshi and was fulfilling her every need, but he didn't impose himself on her.

One month had passed and Sonakshi was still searching for the clues. She wanted to know the name of culprit who spoiled her life and framed Dev. Now it was clear to her that the one who did all this was an enemy of both Dev and Sonakshi. Sonakshi was roaming in her room, scratching her head, thinking about who would want to harm both of them. She was lost in her own thoughts when she heard Dev blabbering. He was cursing someone and throwing files here and there.

Sonakshi felt concerned for him and said, "Kya hua Dev?",she asked softly.

"Meri ek file nahi mil rahi hai. Bahut important file thi", Dev answers back, busy in searching for the file.

"Tell me, I'll help you", Sonakshi offered him.

"No it's okay, I'll manage. Have you taken your tablets and juice?" he asked. Even though he was busy, her tension was still bouncing in his mind. They both cared for each other.

"Haan baba sab le liya. Now can you please tell me which file are you searching for?" Sonakshi interrupts and start searching for the file with him.

"Arre main kar lunga.", Dev didn't want to trouble her.

"Haan who toh dikh hi raha hai. Pura kamra papers se bhar gaya hai", Sonakshi diverted his attention by showing him the condition of the room.

Dev glanced at the room and his mouth opened wide at first. Then a wide smile came on both their faces. Dev said to her, "Oh my God." "Aaj Albert kuch files leke gaya tha, store room me rakhne k liye, kahi usme hi na ho", Sonakshi reminds him.

Both ran to store room, which was full of old crap and almirahs. "Omg, ab hum kaha dhoondenge is kabad mein?" Dev felt annoyed.

"You don't worry, main dhoondhti hu", Sonakshi assured him.

"Nahi saath mein dhoondhte hai. Tum us taraf dekho, main iss taraf dekhta hu." Dev sent her in one corner and started searching for the file. Some cabinets opened quickly, but he didn't find the file in them. Some cabinets were locked. So Dev goes to his mother's room for the keys. His mother was not at home. Both his parents were not at home, so he opened their almirah for the keys. He started searching for the keys madly. He jerked open one of the cabinets due to which one file falls from the clothes. All the papers fall out from it.

"S***! Ab yeh kya ho gaya. Jaldi se collect kar deta hu warna mom gussa ho jayegi", Dev said to himself. He started collecting the papers which were scattered everywhere in room.

He was busy in collecting the papers, when Sonakshi came behind him in the room and saw what he had done. "What is this Dev? Yaha bhi sare papers gira rakhe hai?" Sonakshi said, annoyed.

"Maine jaan ke thodi na kiya hai. Pata nahi yeh file kapdo me kya kar rahi thi. Mom bhi na" Dev says, irritated.

"Tumhari mom dekhengi to naraz ho jayengi. Tumhe unka almirah nahi kholna chahiye tha. Wo aa jati, toh tab le lete keys", Sonakshi cautions him.

"Hello? Yeh meri mom ka wardrobe hai. Aur main sirf keys le raha hu, woh bhi us kabadkhane ki." Dev didn't like her suggestion. He needed his file as soon as possible. He noticed that Sonakshi was lost in one of the papers. Her gestures were switching frequently.

Dev took a step forward and saw her wrinkled forehead. "Kya hua?" His voice alerts Sonakshi and she quickly hides the papers behind her back. Her widened eyes were not looking in his eyes. Her breath stops and hands turn cold.

"Ku...kuch... nahi Dev, kuch nahi" her lips were fumbling and her voice was lacking confidence. She looked up in his eyes but it was clear to Dev that she is up to something. Neither Dev forced Sonakshi for anything, nor he touched her without her permission, but her weird behavior made him curious. Dev went closer to her and raised her arm from behind her back. "Kya chhupa rahi ho Sonakshi?", he becomes suspicious.

"Nothing Dev", Sonakshi says stepping backwards, till she was tagged against the wall. Now she was locked between Dev and the wall.

"Toh fir aankhe kyu chura rahi ho? Tumhari aankhe saaf keh rahi hai that you are hiding something. Yeh papers kya hai? Dikhao mujhe. Yeh isi file me se gire hai na to tumhe kyu itna interest hai inn papers mein?" Dev tries snatching the papers from her and Sonakshi was trying every possible way to keep him away from those papers.

" Why are you hiding those papers?Show me." Dev overpowered her.

"Dev you are hurting me, please stay away from me", Sonakshi shouted on him.

Now Dev did not pay heed to her words. Not even her shouting affected him. He wanted to know at all costs about what she is hiding from him. Dev snatched more forcibly and pulled out the papers from her grip. Sonakshi struggled for snatching those papers again from him, but it wasn't possible for her. Dev raised his hand with the papers upwards and Sonakshi started jumping upwards, which was not allowed to her in her pregnant state. Dev made her sit down and calmed her down, and strictly commanded her not to move even an inch.
