Forgotten ~ J.D.

You used to be best friends with Josh Dun. But things have changed - for the bad.Both of you were so close to each other, it was like you were chained to each other. He used to be by your side when you were bullied by your bully Jess (A/n: if that's your name, just change it). Now the worst part:

Josh was now her boyfriend.

Why? The answer is,you didn't know. But you were desperate to know what happened or what you did wrong. One day, everything was normal between you two.

It all changed after the party that a guy named Alex Gaskarth threw. Jess called Josh into the back to talk to him. After that, he started to ignore you. Just as if you were air.

How that felt? Forgotten.

Currently you were at your locker, putting in the books that you didn't need for the next period, when a large hand slammed it shut. You flinched and your eyes travelled to a smirking Josh.

"What do you want?" You asked him, eyes glued to the floor.

Before he could answer you, a hand full with way too long-pink fingernails, obviously fake, touched his shoulder, making him turn around.

"Hey, babe." Jess' venom filled voice pierced through your ears. You rolled your eyes and crossed your arms over your chest, watching every move of the couple in front of you. "What are you doing here?" She asked Josh, nibbling on his skin under his ear.

"Get a room, you two." You mumbled.

"What the fuck did you just say?" Jess asked you, stepping in front of Josh. It seemed like Josh tried to hold her back with his hand, but it didn't hold back Jess from slapping you so hard, that you fell to the floor, holding your cheek. After that she decided to kick you a few times.

"Enough!"

Both, you and Jess looked at Josh. As Josh started to speak, you got back to your feet.

"I'm sick of this. I'm sick of pretending to be Jess' boyfriend. Y/n, I was just with her because she promised me that if we both would 'go out', she'd leave you alone-"

"Babe, what are you talk-" Jess tried to interupt Josh.

"-Save it, Jess! You filthy liar! You promised you wouldn't  hurt her! Now look at her. I guess our deal is done here so you can leave." Josh scoffed, hate filling his voice.

Jess huffed before storming off, leaving you and Josh.

"Back to normal?" Josh smiled at you softly. You slowly nodded and threw your arms around him, hugging him tightly.
