"Try again, Sinless." Skye said with a groan, looking at the target she set up across the desert field. The Alpha Skrill growled at her. She let out a long groan of frustration. "Yes, I know this isn't easy for you. But I didn't think shooting out of a tail would be this difficult."

Sinless stuck out her tongue stubbornly.

"Yes, I know we've been working for hours. We have to try until we figure it out."

Another growl.

"What do you mean you quit? You can't quit!"

Sinless bared her teeth menacingly and sat down as a message of finality.

They were on a barren island, trying to practice all the techniques from the Book of the Skrills. Skye wanted to see whether all the hidden secrets were true. So far, Sinless had managed to shoot spikes from her tail like a Deadly Nadder, which was retractable as well. Only, these spikes were thrown with electricity.

Skye rolled her eyes. "Don't ignore me, Sinless!"

Sinless huffed and turned away from Skye.

"Useless reptile."

She received a whack on the head for that.

"Oh so now you listen to me, huh? This isn't fun for me either!"

Sinless mocked Skye by bobbing her head and making sounds like Skye's speaking.

Skye was taken aback. "Oh no, you didn't."

Sinless nodded her head and looked away. After a couple of weeks, it was getting really tiring. Letting out a scream, Skye launched herself at the dragon, who reacted immediately. She held on to the dragon's neck, while Sin started bucking up and down, trying to get rid of Skye.

"You-will-listen-to-me!" Skye shouted as she held on, her voice cracking every time Sin jumped up and down.

This was their way of getting rid of the anger and frustration. It proved quite useful many times, after Skye threw herself at Sinless for the first time when they were upset. It was when in Berk, Skye was training to qualify as a Dragon Rider in the Dragon Races.
Sinless roared playfully, and took off flying. Skye started struggling to hold on, as the dragon increased her speed. Halfway through, Skye lost her grip, plummeting down as Sin dived after her, laughing.

"Okay! I get it! I'll check the book again!" Skye gave in as she kept falling, screaming at the laughing dragon.

Sinless rolled her eyes and shot ice and fire one after another, the ice melting and wetting Skye as she fell.

"You crazy dragon! Take me back to the island, idiot!"

Sinless laughed and picked up Skye with her claws and flew her back, flinging her onto the ground.
Skye rolled along the dirt, stopping on her back with a huff, sweat and water dripping from her, face flushed from screaming. Sinless stomped to her and sat down on Skye's stomach, earning a loud oof.

"Thanks for that." Skye wheezed out. "Get off."

Footsteps were heard and Viggo came into Skye's view. He smirked. "Successful?"

"Shut up." She muttered and sat up when Sin got off her. She was absolutely caked with mud and water.

Wolf appeared on Viggo's shoulder, trying to nip his ear. The man growled. "This stupid dragon is always trying to bite me!"

Sinless chuckled and Skye stifled her laugh. "Maybe Wolf likes you."

"Well, I don't like him."

"I can't do anything about that."
