I sat outside in my car after coming back from my meeting with my captain. He's starting to think we're wasting our time again but I had to let him know that she's getting another shipment soon.

Undercover work takes a while and he knows that. Some cops are undercover for years.

Ever since I brought Sadie over here Jordyn went back to being to herself. She's the one that constantly asked me to bring Sadie over and now that I have it's a problem. Sometimes I wonder if this girl is bipolar.

When shit gets like this, I think about just walking away. But I have to prove to my captain that I'm not bullshitting around.

Taking my keys out the ignition, I climbed out the car and headed inside. Well tried, the door was locked, which usually never happens.

Using my key I opened it but I while I did that, I started hearing dishes crash. I quickly barged in. "Jordyn!" I yelled.

The noise continued in the kitchen. I rushed in there, but she was alone standing in front of the sink.

"You alright?" I asked.

"Yeah, yeah just clumsy. That's all." She answered but never turned to face me.

I walked over to her but she moved and went to the refrigerator.

"Jordyn."

"What?"

"Look at me."

"Why?"

"Just do it man."

"Just go upstairs Brooks."

I grabbed her arm and pulled her away from the refrigerator and made her look at me. Her red eyes slowly looked into mine. Shoving her out the way I went into the refrigerator and found the drugs she tried to hide. Taking it over to the sink, I cut the hot water on.

"CHRISTIAN YOU BET NOT, OR I SWEAR YOUR ASS IS FUCKING FIRED!" She yelled.

"Well I guess I'm just fired then."

I let the hot water turn the powder into liquid and it went down the drain.

Jordyn pushed me. "Do you know how much fucking money you just wasted?! I should kill your bitch ass!"

She attempted to push me again but I grabbed her face and pushed her into the refrigerator, causing her to gasp.

"Look, I'm trying to help you out before you fucking kill your self. But all this disrespect is stopping today! I promised your brother that I wouldn't let you harm yourself and I keep my promises but the harder you make this the more I stop giving a fuck. I've been nice for too long but today that shit is over! You need to get it together Jordyn. Do you hear me?!" I yelled.

She nodded.

"All I'm trying to do is look out for your simple minded ass. Tank might not care if you take yourself out with drugs but I do." I continued but let her face go.

When I said that her demeanor changed.

"Drugs ain't gone do shit but put you in a early grave. Shit if you feeling stressed, smoke weed or something. I'll even smoke it with you. That crack and cocaine ain't the answer man. When you stressed just talk to somebody, don't run to this shit." I continued.
