anyways, i don't really have much personal experience with seeing this, but i have seen some of fanfics where people are unnecessarily related. like, OC will be ava paige's kid for no reason. i guess if you're going to make people be related, make sure it has a connection to the plot? does this even make sense?

take dylan and thomas, for example (from Different). they're twins. they act like twins, have important connections, and the fact that they're twins is vital to a later part in the storyline. i don't just reveal they're siblings and do nothing about it.
it's like:
Janson: Sephora Hestia Magnesium Fluoride, you're my daughter
Sephora Hestia Magnesium Fluoride: O:

like, maybe have janson be the father because your character is secretly supporting W.I.C.K.E.D. or maybe they're minho's sister because they're in group b and it makes sense.
